hi, I've been out of pocket since Jan since I bought a drone that wasn't up to much the company said not to worry as they would send maximum refund $60 but the refund hasn't turned up! I did accidentally sent£50 to them fearing the worst but it was fixed within a day so I don't get how they won't refund me

I bought a drone wasn't worth the money and was nothing like I'd ordered. they keep fobbing me off about my refund . don't buy anything from them

Bought a 65 inch LG OLED and returned it unopened with a return approval. Item was shipped by Fedex and the tracking # showed that it was delivered and signed. This business has several names and they sell on amazon. Do not use them as they are dishonest and, apparently do not give a whoot about their reputation...

I tried to purchase a 65'' LED TV, it said it was in stock and ready to ship so I believed that I would have it in around 10 business days. I received an automated email 10 days later that said it should have been delivered, it wasn't. So I waited the suggested 24-48 hours and then contacted them. I was told that they were getting a shipment in the next Monday and that I should have my TV 10 days later. That didn't happen either. I called again after the 10 days were up and they said they would get back to me, they didn't. I called 2 days after that and left a message with a 'manager', I also emailed sales & said manager and did not get a response. I am now trying to cancel my order with NiceElectronics and will not use them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.
