Can’t say enough about this card, it saved my cat’s life. We didn’t have insurance for either of our cats until 6 months ago from Nibbles. During my daughters birthday party, my cat swallowed a long piece of tinsel. We rushed him to the vet, where they tried to make him vomit it up. That didn’t work, so the vet said we needed emergency surgery to save him. Because we didn’t have to think about the cost much with the insurance, we went ahead with the surgery. After a few weeks of recovery, our guy is as good as new now. The claim did take a bit to get paid out, but we ended up getting back almost all of what we paid at the vet, so in the end, not a huge deal. More importantly, our cat’s life is back on track and he’s back to sleeping on his corner of our bed every night.

Very easy sign-up process and understandable options. Also great communication with fast replies.

Update After I posted this review, I was told multiple invoices were processed and checks are on the way. I still have not received any checks . Ill update again when I get payments Update I finally received payment for a couple of Vet Visits This took way to long but I did get reimbursed.

I created a Claim since November last year and is January and no update. The only way to contact Customer Service is by email but nobody answer.

I’m sharing this review to help other consumers be aware of a procedural issue I experienced with Nibbles’ application process. My Nibbles Card application was declined solely because my TransUnion credit file was temporarily frozen for security reasons. This was not a credit-based denial. Once I was notified, I immediately unfroze my credit so the application could be properly reviewed. However, despite resolving the issue right away and having excellent credit, I was then told I am barred from reapplying for 30 days due to an internal policy — even though the original reason for the decline no longer exists. For context, my credit profile is strong: • FICO score in the high 700s • Low overall utilization (~5%) • Excellent payment history • Stable, high income This felt punitive and unreasonable, as the lockout was not related to risk or creditworthiness, but rather a technical security measure that I corrected immediately. Preventing a consumer from reapplying after fixing the issue does not seem fair or consumer-friendly. I reached out seeking a manual review or waiver of the waiting period, but the process has been frustrating and slow. This is especially concerning when financing is time-sensitive (in my case, related to necessary medical care for my service dog). I’m hopeful Nibbles will improve this policy, because barring qualified applicants for 30 days due to a frozen credit file — even after it’s unfrozen — is something consumers should be aware of before applying. I’m leaving this review in good faith so others can make an informed decision and avoid unnecessary delays.

Good job advertising product. Wish there was more up front info on if there was a monthly limit you had to put on the card to keep the pet ins?

Super easy to set up pet insurance for our Pibby.

I feel better having pet insurance. The process takes a while but I am happy so far.
