LIARS! Avoid them like the Plague!!!
Their comment to this review does not mention why they are 10 months into a 5 month process and are not finished. 7 out of 12 is just over half. THEY WILL TAKE WAY LONGER THAN QUOTED AND AMEX DOES NOT LIKE TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! AMEX WILL IGNORE THEM! They claimed to be working to settle my AMEX accounts for many months, but then told me this week that they lost my account numbers. I gave them my account numbers, suddenly they had an offer from AMEX the same day, and now they want more money. Had they not lied about working with AMEX for so long, my accounts would not have continued to grow and warrant more money. UPDATE: They dropped my account without even mentioning it to me or providing any documentation. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 50 years. It is too late for me, but please save yourselves and find a reputable company to do your debt consolidation.

We are so sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with our service. We currently have 7 settlements out of 12 accounts enrolled. We contacted you regarding an offer we received for your Amex account as we were able to negotiate a settlement of 55% but because we have 7 active settlements, your account doesn't have the funds to cover this settlement at this time. Your business is very important to us and want to make you happy. Please contact us. Thank you.
