Avoid NFF like the plague!
Not sure how they were able to get my last review removed, but they will lie to you and tell you 120-180 days to complete the whole process. They completely lost my AMEX account numbers at one point and they have only settled 7 out of 12 accounts after 311 days. They recently asked for more money, which they would not need if they settled in the 180 days. My AMEX accounts have grown substantially because NFF was not working with them at all according to AMEX. When NFF told me that they lost the AMEX numbers, I gave them to NFF and they had an offer from AMEX the same day. This is no coincidence and it is NFF’s fault that my accounts grew for an additional six months. All NFF needed was my account numbers to provide to AMEX to verify that AMEX was talking to a legitimate company. I should have realized when one of the processors told me months ago that AMEX was ignoring his communications. Even with my name and SSN, the account numbers were necessary for verification and to match the correct accounts. Even the NFF processing manager told me, “We don’t need your account numbers, sir. We have your name and social security number.” Well, AMEX says they needed account numbers too. It is too late for me, but save yourselves and AVOID THIS COMPANY.
