Hi there...I'm sorry to hear you haven't been happy with the deals you've seen so far. I see this particular deal to Quito was for $500 RT. Flights to Quito can cost around $610–1,000 RT on average. But our team doesn't take just price into account, we also consider the flight times, airlines, additional fees, etc. We only send the very best deals we find to our members! Of course, we want all of our members to be able to take advantage of the great deals we find, and we'd love to help sort this out for you. We can't prolong the length of time a deal will be available, so whenever an amazing deal does pop up from your airports, we review it and immediately send out the alert with the dates it's good for and the link to take you directly to the deal so you can adjust your preferred dates, flight, times, etc. From there, you can follow the link directly to the airline to book, but we have that first step to make customizing the deal to your needs all the easier! Thanks for sharing your feedback with us, Juan. I'm sorry to hear the deals haven't exceeded your expectations so far. I see we've sent deals to Europe for as little as $350 RT and deals to South America for as low as $400 RT originating from your area! We take great pains to find and offer only the best deals available to our members. While the deals we find aren't exclusive to Next Vacay because they're available directly through the airline, we take on the troublesome elements of finding the deal by taking into account the airlines, prices, taxes&fees, etc., and alerting our members to a deal's availability! Hi ... thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I noticed that you're located in Dallas and when I pull up our recent deals I see that we're sending 2-3 deals per week that are directly from the Dallas airport. 2-3 deals per week. We've also sent Dallas members deals to Europe, Caribbean, South America, Iceland, Asia, Canada, and Hawaii in the last month. I'm sorry that you're not seeing the variety you would like. Please email us at [email protected] and we'll try to have our deal team keep a lookout for wherever you're trying to go. Also, we send deals from surrounding airports at no extra charge but we can turn that feature off if you'd like in order to receive less clutter in your inbox.. Hi there...sorry to hear the dates haven't worked out just yet. We try to make sure every deal has a minimum of 2 months of availability, as well as being 2-6 months out so members can work deals into their schedule. Most deals have more than 2 months of availability though as we want to give our members as many opportunities as possible to book! Hi there...I am so sorry that you were disappointed with our cancellation process. Because our price is such a low-cost item ($25 for the full year) our system isn’t set up to do payment plans nor prorated charges/refunds. If we had this capability we certainly would have offered it to you. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
