Thanks for sharing your feedback, Jed, and I'm sorry to hear your experience with our support team wasn't helpful. I see you reached out twice over the past month about deals to Hawaii that were posted on our social media, the first of which we responded to in a day and the second, within 3 days. If you've sent emails under another name or address, please let us know, and we'll be happy to look into that wait you experienced further. I want to clarify that only our members receive active deals. We don't post live deals on our social media, as these are only for our active members, so the deals on social are past deals we've seen, typically in the last 1-2 months, that our members have taken advantage of. We're purely a deal alert service, so if you haven't seen this exact deal to Hawaii that you're looking for, it means it hasn't been available from your airports. Hawaii is a popular destination though, so we can certainly keep an eye out for you! You can let us know your home airport at [email protected], and we'll do our best to find you a great deal!

Hi John...thanks for sharing your feedback with us. I'm sorry to hear the deals haven't been what you were expecting, and I'd like to help as best I can! I do want to clarify that we don't send last-minute deals at this time. The earliest we'll send a deal is 1-month out, but the majority of our deals are 2-6 months out to give our members adequate time to prepare. We also include deals with availability over a wide range of time, a few to several months, so members can always choose to book further out if they need more time to plan their trip, schedule time off, etc. I see that, since the year began, the earliest available date we've sent to book has been in March with later dates available as well. If traveling during the winter season doesn't suit, there are still plenty of options available, as I see we've sent deals to Paris, Curaçao, and London with dates available to book for this spring. We're continuing to look for more summer deals as well, as we know this is when a lot of people like to travel! Thanks for sharing your feedback with us KB! I want to clarify that Next Vacay is not Google flight searches. Our algorithm finds great flight deals that are then hand-reviewed by our deal team. We take price, flight time, date availability, and more into account in order to ensure all the deals we send are top-quality. We won't consider anything less than the best, so if our team wouldn't take the deal, we won't send it out to our members. The deal links we send out do direct you to Google, but we've found that this is the easiest interface for our members to use so they can book directly through the airlines! If there's anything else that's not quite like you expected, please let us know at [email protected] so our dedicated support team can take care of you!

I can confirm we only charge $25 USD for the membership fee, so we'd love to make this right. It looks like we had multiple accounts on file for you, but we've issued refunds for those additional charges, and you should see an email from our support team shortly. We do have an auto-responder set up to confirm when your email has been received by our team, so that may have been the email you received and what may have caused some confusion. Hi there...I'm so sorry to hear this happened. I can assure you that we only charge $25 USD/year for our membership fee, so you shouldn't have been double-charged, and we'd love to get that cleared up! If you can send us an email at [email protected] with the email tied to your account, we'll look into that right away. As for the flight deals, we send these as the airlines make them available or drop their prices. However, what separates us from other flight deal services is that we don't just send a deal if it has a low price, but we take into account timing, availability, layovers, and other factors as well. If it's a cheap price but has multiple stops or has little availability to book, we won't send it out. Because we're an email service, we take care to only send the best deals available out of your airport, so you can pick from the cream of the crop when it comes to booking your next vacay! Thanks for your feedback Kathleen! I can confirm we sent a deal from Albuquerque to Maui, Hawaii to your inbox on Dec 20th. It looks like it was opened on the 21st! If this deal was deleted though, let us know, and we can try resending it! As for the airlines we use, we currently send deals through major domestic and international airlines to offer the most comfortable experience possible from booking your trip to actually flying out. If we don't send deals through your preferred airline right now, you can let us know what it is at [email protected]. While we may not be able to add it right away, we're always taking recommendations into account, and we can review your request to see if we can include it in the future! Thanks for your feedback Mayank. We're sorry to hear you weren't impressed by the deals out of your airport. Your home airport typically sees 2-4 deals per week, and I do see that we've just sent out a deal to Iceland yesterday for $450 RT! As you live in an area with several major airports nearby which also receive 2-4 deals per week, those may be drowning out the deals from your home city. We can customize your airport preferences to cut down on the number of emails in your inbox though! Just shoot us an email at [email protected], and we'll get that updated, so you can get the most out of the deals!

I did look through our records, and the only recent request I could find to our support team was an email sent on Nov 17th. We responded within 48 hours to the email you reached out with, but we did update your email on file, so if your old email is no longer valid, this would explain why you never received our message.
