Hi there...thanks for sharing your feedback! We automatically include deals from your surrounding airports as well to make sure our members don't miss out on any great opportunities to travel, but we understand if you only want to see deals from Cbus in the future! From now on, you'll only see deals out of CMH airport, so let us know how that works out. You can also get in touch with our team at any time at [email protected], and we'll make sure you're all set!

Hi there...thanks for sharing your feedback with us! We're sorry to hear you weren't able to book any flights to India or the Philippines from SLC. We don't take requests for specific dates or destinations at the moment, but we always look for the best deals available from your airport to destinations around the world! When considering a deal, we take a number of factors into consideration, including price, flight times, layovers, availability, etc. If it's not a deal that we would take ourselves, we won't send it out to our members. We are hoping to expand our customization and request options in the future though, so if you have more comments or feedback you'd like to share with us, please let us know at [email protected]!

Thanks for sharing your feedback Victor! We're glad to hear you didn't find anything wrong with our service, and while we'll be sad to see you go, we understand if you prefer finding deals on your own. While we typically send deals 2-6 months out to give our members time to plan their travels, having the ability to pick your destination and dates outside a time-frame can mean you're able to book more last-minute flights or trips catered to a very specific time-frame. We are hoping to take requests for specific dates and destinations in the future though, so that may be something you're interested in! In the meantime, you can reach our team at [email protected] if you need help setting your membership to non-renew.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, and I'm so sorry to hear you've never seen any of the awesome deals we've advertised online. Of course, that's never the experience we want our members to have. I see your home airport is set to Columbus, which only offers international deals to Canada and Mexico, so this affects the opportunities available to travel from there along with the pricing. We still look for the best deals available from here though, including deals to Turks and Caicos for $400 RT and nonstop to LA for $200 RT. We also send deals from surrounding airports as well, to make sure you don't miss out on any amazing deals, and I see we've sent deals as low as $250 RT to Europe out of Chicago and deals to the Virgin Islands for $300 RT out of Cincinnati, which both offer more international destinations. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] if you haven't been seeing these deals in your inbox and if you'd like to adjust your account preferences.

We can also make sure your account is set up so you're only seeing the best deals for you. Just get in touch at [email protected]!

Thanks for reaching out to share your feedback about your experience and the deals. We have a rigorous review process for the deals we send out, taking into account pricing, flight times, availability, and more to ensure we're not sending our members deals that look great on paper, but turn out to be uncomfortable flights on a red-eye or flights with a ten-hour layover. Our focus is on the quality of each deal and making sure every deal we send is one we would take ourselves. If there are any adjustments we can make to help you get the most value from the deals and help you plan your next vacay, don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] and our dedicated support team will make sure you're taken care of!

Thanks for sharing your feedback, and I'm so sorry to hear you haven't been seeing the deals. The frequency of deals can fluctuate depending on your home airport, and in the case of Columbus, this airport only offers international deals to Canada and Mexico, which can limit some of the opportunities to travel. We're always on the lookout for the best deals available from your airport though, and I see we've sent out deals to 8 unique destinations in the past month, including opportunities to travel to Iceland, Hawaii, and Barcelona! If you're not seeing those deals in your inbox, definitely let us know, and we can make some adjustments to your airport preferences to make sure you don't miss out on any of the great deals available from your area. Just reach out to [email protected]!

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Sarber. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to take advantage of any of the deals during your time as a member. I can assure you that all of the deals we advertise our deals are members have been able to book, but the deals do fluctuate depending on your airport, the airline routes, and the time of year. We try to make it clear that we can't guarantee destinations or specific deals. We simply look for all of the best deals out of your requested airports and make sure you score the best possible prices from your area. Of course, we want our members to be absolutely sure our service is the best fit to help them travel, so we offer a 30-day free trial and then a 6-month money-back guarantee. If you get in touch with our team at [email protected], we'll make sure we get you all squared away!
