Hi there...thanks for your feedback about the deals you've received so far! Next Vacay is currently geared more towards those travelers who don't have time to search for deals on their own or enjoy the surprise of having a variety of great flights delivered right to their inbox! That said, we're dedicated to making sure we offer the best deals available so our members make back their membership fee in the savings from the deals they book, such as with this deals to St. Thomas for just $325 RT! Thanks again for taking the time to leave us a review.

Hi there...we are hoping to allow members to put in requests for specific dates and destinations in the future! We know that's a really big deal for a lot of our members, since you often have time-off available first and then pick your destination. In the meantime, we purposely look for flexible deals with a wide range of availability so members have plenty of dates to choose from. We do our best to make sure every deal has a minimum of 2 months of availability, but deals often have even more dates to choose from! Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback!

Hi there...glad you're enjoying the deals! We're still growing as a company and have a lot of plans for the future, so there will be more to come down the road! Hi there...sorry to hear the prices haven't been as low as you were expecting. The rates can fluctuate depending on the destinations, airlines, and time of year, but we're always on the lookout for the best deals any time! Among the recent deals we've sent from your area, I noted we saw international deals for as low as $350 RT! If you have more feedback about what you're looking for in terms of prices and destinations, we'd love to know your thoughts! Please just get in touch with us at [email protected] :) Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review!

Hi there...we know how handy it can be to request deals for a specific place if you have plans to travel there already. We really want to offer that feature in the future, so we'll definitely keep you updated when that becomes available! In the meantime, we have seen desired destinations pop up for our members, so be sure to keep an eye on your email alerts. Sometimes things have a way of working themselves out :) Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback!

Hi there...we do see some great deals to the Caribbean and Africa pop up! The destinations can fluctuate throughout the year though as the airlines change their routes and the frequency of those routes. We're always keeping our eyes open for those rarer destinations so when they do come available, our members can snatch those up ASAP! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, and please keep us updated on how you're finding future deals!

Hi Heather, thanks for the feedback. We do see around three deals per week originating in Houston! Because you're surrounded by other large airports as well though, in Austin and Dallas, you might be noticing these more than the deals out of Houston. Not to worry - if the drive to those airports isn't ideal, go ahead and email us at [email protected] and we can make sure you're set to focus on those Houston deals :) Thank you!

Hi Hildenburg, sorry for any confusion or frustration. I was only able to find a request from you from early this year, wherein you asked not to be charged further and to continue receiving the emails until your paid period ended. Your subscription was set to non-renew and we sent a confirmation, but if you've changed your mind and want to stop receiving the emails before your subscription expires, please send an email to [email protected], and we'll make sure you're taken care of. Thank you! Update: Thanks for letting us know that confirmation didn't come through before! So sorry again for any trouble that might have caused. We've resent your confirmation to your email, and you should receive it soon. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding.
