Thanks for leaving us your feedback. We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with the deals you've received out of Charlotte. We were actually really excited to share this deal from Charlotte to Buenos Aires for only $525 RT, because these tickets can get quite expensive, especially during the summer season when a lot of our members like to travel! If there was an issue with this deal though, or another deal you received, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our team at [email protected], so we can address that for you ASAP!

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Mark! A trip to the Big Island sounds like a wonderful getaway. We don't take requests for specific destinations just yet, but we have seen a few deals to Honolulu pop up, and we'll definitely keep an eye out for any great opportunities to fly to the Big Island as well. Keep an eye on your inbox for new deals, and don't hesitate to reach out to our team at [email protected] if there's anything else you need!

Appreciate you sharing your feedback with us! We typically see 2-4 deals per week out of Cincinnati, so the deals are frequent, but along with that, we also send deals from your surrounding airports as well. As Cincinnati is located within several hours of other busy hubs, our members there see those deals too, but if you'd prefer to only see deals out of Cincinnati, we can make that adjustment for you! Just reach out to our team at [email protected] to confirm what works best, and we'll make sure you're all set!

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Rajesh! We're sorry to hear your experience hasn't been all that you'd expected. Our algorithm finds great flight deals that are available directly through the airlines, and then our deal team hand reviews each deal to make sure it meets our high standards before we send it out to our members. Our members don't have to worry about hours of endless searching on their end, as we send the deals directly to you! I see just recently we've found deals as low as $575 to Lima, $525 to Buenos Aires, and $275 for nonstop to Houston. We also look for availability with these deals, so it's not just a few scattered dates available to book. If there are specific deals you received that didn't meet your expectations, please get in touch with us at [email protected] so we can get your feedback and take that into account for future deals!
