Thanks for your feedback, Jessica! Customizing your airport preferences is something we can do for you, so if you're not loving the deals out of NYC and flights out of PHL would be more convenient, our team can take care of that! Please just send us an email at [email protected] and we'll get this sorted out straight away so you can see more of the deals you'll want to take advantage of :)

Hi there...thanks for sharing your feedback with us! Sounds like we might need to get your airport preferences updated so you're not getting those deals out of SFO or SJC, but only the airports you're interested in flying out of! Please shoot us an email at [email protected], so we can get that squared away for you. As for the destinations, much of the world is slipping into winter right now, but I do see we've seen some warmer destinations out of your area, including deals to Sydney and Hawaii! We're still looking for deals around the holiday breaks, and if anything becomes available, we'll let you know ASAP so you can book and make plans! We can't wait to hear what works out!

Hi there...thanks for sharing your feedback! We're disappointed to hear you haven't seen much variety in the deals we've sent out. We're always working to find deals to one-of-a-kind destinations around the world and not just the same destinations over and over again. I pulled up your departure city and note that we sent 14 unique destinations to your area in the last month. If you’re noticing a lot of the same destinations in your inbox, that might be because you’re also receiving deals from surrounding airports. We can update your preferences to only include deals from your main airport so you see less of the same deals in your area. If you’re interested in that, please get in touch with us at [email protected]. We're also hoping to take requests for specific destinations in the future, and we'll be sure to let you know when that becomes available!

Thanks for the feedback Sarah! We don't have an option to unsubscribe embedded within the emails because this is a paid service and unsubscribing would simply stop the flow of emails without canceling your subscription. For now, we ask you to reach out to our team at [email protected] so a team member can help, but we're hoping to add a member portal in the future as well to make updating your account even easier for you!

Thanks for the feedback Phyllis! We review every deal before we send it out to ensure the deal price is good and the deal is bookable, so if you run into this issue again, please email us over at [email protected], so we can help make sure you get to book the deal of your dreams! We'll keep our fingers crossed for something to work out soon!

Hi Ben...we really appreciate your feedback! We automatically send deals from surrounding airports as well, but if those airports aren't a good fit for you, we can definitely get that worked out! Please send us an email at [email protected], and we'll get your account updated for you straightaway :)

Hi Courtney...thanks for the feedback! Our founder actually created an algorithm that searches for the flight deals, but we link to Google Flights because it makes it so easy for our members to choose their dates, flights, and then book directly with the airline! When reviewing deals, we take into account pricing, airlines, fees, and more to ensure our members are truly getting the best deals available in terms of both pricing and comfort. I see we've sent out a variety of deals from your area, including deals to Europe for under $400 RT. If there's something else you're looking for, you can send us an email at [email protected]!
