Thanks for the feedback Ernesto! We do look for deals with checked bags included whenever possible, but for those deals that don't, we're always sure to take that into consideration when reviewing the deal price and making sure it's still a steal for our members! We're continually improving though, so we hope to make more customization and request options for you in the future! Definitely share any more feedback you have at [email protected] and thank you for leaving us a review!

We're so happy to hear you're loving the deals, and thanks so much for the great feedback, Zach! We do hope to introduce options in the future for customizing your destinations preferences, so you can make requests such as no deals to Ohio or Hong Kong but definitely see deals to Australia. We agree that would be a great feature to have, and we'll let you know when it's available! In the meantime, we're so excited to find you more amazing deals, and we can't wait to hear when the perfect trip comes along for you to book :)

Hi there...thanks so much for your feedback! We're currently working on offering more customization options in the future, so when that becomes available, we'll be sure to let you know! We don't offer premium economy at the moment, but direct flights are always a priority, so whenever those are available, you can be sure we'll send them to your inbox, and we'll mark it in the email subject line so you know right away it's a nonstop flight! If you have more feedback, definitely be sure to get in touch at [email protected]. Thanks for leaving us a review!

Hi there...thanks for the feedback! Happy to hear you're enjoying the deals so far, and we'd love to do all we can to help you find that next great vacay! I see we've sent out 14 unique destinations from LAX in just the past month, including deals to Jakarta, Dusseldorf, and Bermuda, so if there's something else you'd like to see, definitely let us know at [email protected]. And don't forget to mention your airport preferences as well, and we'll be able to make sure you don't see those deals out of SFO anymore :)

Hi there...thanks for your feedback about the destinations! Europe is a popular spot for travel, but there are countless destinations to see, and we try to find the best deals to places all over the world! The deals can fluctuate depending on your home airport, the time of year, and the airlines' routes, so we have seen more Europe deals recently from your home airport, but we've seen a lot of great deals to destinations outside of Europe too, including India, Thailand, and Kenya in the past month. In your surrounding area, we've seen deals to Curaçao, Port-of-Spain (Trinidad and Tobago) and Quito, Ecuador just in the last two weeks! If you're not seeing these deals in your inbox, please let us know at [email protected] so we can take a look and get that sorted out for you!
