Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review! So happy to hear you've been able to see some great deals come in for your city. We don't have a way to search or look up flight deals from other cities at the moment, as right we're purely an email service. But if you're interested in the deals out of other cities, please reach out to our team at [email protected], and we can help you adjust your airports to make sure you're getting the best results and most opportunities to fly out on your next vacay!

Thanks for your feedback, Lauren! If there's any adjustments we can make to your subscription, so you can better take advantage of the deals, definitely let us know at [email protected]. We want to help you book that next dream trip! As for the annual renewal, this does take place every year on your initial charge, but you can set your membership to non renew from your account at any time. Or just in touch with our support team, and we can take care of that for you as well!

Hi there...we do look for great summer deals, as this is a time when a lot of people like to travel and have the time to do so. We typically send deals 2-6 months out, so we are starting to see more deals with availability over the summer, and I see we've sent out a few deals to your home airport, including Hawaii and Curaçao, just this month. But we're definitely on the lookout for more! Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox for new deals, and you'll be booking your next summer vacay in no time!

Hi there...thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! I see we've sent out multiple deals from your home and surrounding airports in just the past month to destinations all over the world, including Europe, Asia, and South America, as well as domestic deals. If there are destinations you'd like to travel to which you aren't seeing in your inbox, please let us know at [email protected], so our team can keep an eye out for deals to those destinations and get you on the way to your next great adventure!

Hi there...we're so sorry to hear this has been your experience so far, especially as our deal team reviews every deal before we send it out to make sure the deal price is valid! I've checked the last few deals we've sent from your airports, and I show from our end that the deal prices remain the same when following the link. For example, $458 RT to Iceland and $476 RT to Berlin. We do recommend booking within 24-48 hours if possible, as the deals can book up quickly, but you can check to see what dates are still available by pulling up the calendar. If you're still having trouble with a deal price not showing correctly, please reach out to our team at [email protected], and we'll take care of it!

Hi Gloria...thanks for your feedback. We know there's nothing worse than getting a limited time offer that only has a few scattered dates available and is consequently booked up quickly. That's not the kind of experience we want you to have, so we only offer deals with, at least, a few months of availability. Our deal team also reviews every deal to make sure the availability, price, and flight times meet our standards! This way, all you have to do is decide if you're interested in a deal, then book! However, if you come across any deal that leaves you feeling disappointed, please message our team at [email protected], and we'll get it sorted out!

Hi there... I noticed you're based in Philadelphia and getting away to a tropical vacay makes a lot of sense this time of year! :) I see that so far in December we've sent quite a few warm weather deals to Philly: Belize, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Grand Cayman and Puerto Rico. If you're not seeing these deals please reach out to [email protected] so we can make sure your account is set up properly.

Hi there...thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback! I'm sorry to hear you haven't been interested in some of the deals sent out. We can't take requests for specific destinations just yet, but we know what it's like to have your heart set on a specific place or region that you're dreaming of visiting. I did take a look at your area, and I noticed we just sent out a deal to Curaçao on the 4th. We also sent out a deal to Africa last month. The destinations can fluctuate depending on the airports, but we're always doing our best to provide unique getaways and sought after destinations for our members. We'll keep an eye out, and hopefully, you're able to take advantage of something soon!
