Hi there...the deals can vary depending on your home airport, so you won't always see the deals advertised on social media available from your main airport. Hi there...thanks for the feedback about your airports! We automatically include deals from airports within several hours of your home airport, so that way our members don't miss out on any great deals in their area! That being said, I understand if 5 hours is too far to travel for a deal. If you reach out to [email protected], we can help with customizing your airports, so you're only getting deals from airports you want to see deals from :) I also noticed you mentioned you weren't impressed with the deal prices so far. We've seen domestic deals out of Houston for as low as $150 RT and international deals as low as $325 RT! We'd love to have a better idea of what you're looking for so we can have our deal team on the lookout!

Thanks for the feedback SG! We're always searching for the best, most competitive deal prices available while still taking into account other important factors for our members, such as airlines, fees, checked baggage, etc. I noticed your main airport is set to Fort Lauderdale, and we've seen quite a few low-priced deals abroad just recently, including $375 RT to London. If you can tell us more about the destinations and pricing you're looking for, our deal team can take that into account when reviewing for future deals!

Hi there...sorry to hear you haven't been wowed by the destinations we've found so far. The last thing we want is for our members to be bored of the deals because of the same destinations coming through again and again. I pulled up your departure city and see that we've sent 19 unique destinations originating from your area in the past month. Among those, we saw international deals for as low as $350 RT. Hi there...congrats on booking that deal to Bali. It’s such a beautiful destination, and we’re happy you’ll get to experience it! I do want to clarify that when we send out a deal, we take several things into consideration before sending it to our members, including flight time, price, airlines, layovers, etc. We also try to make sure the deal has a minimum of 2 months of availability so members can work that into their schedule. Only once all of these things have been reviewed and approved do we send it to our members. If a deal has a great price but doesn’t meet our exacting standards of quality, we won’t send it. This may explain why you didn’t receive an alert. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review about this experience!

Hi there, we're so sorry to hear you're not getting any deals you can use. That's definitely not the kind of experience we want you to have! When you sign up, you're able to select your home airport then, but it sounds like we might not have received your selection, so you're getting deals out of NYC. You should have received an email to get your airport updated, but if you can send your info, email and airport, over to [email protected], we'll get that updated for you immediately!
