Hi there...thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry you weren't able to find those deals to Hawaii which you signed up for or take advantage of any of the other deals available out of your area. I do want to clarify that we do see cheaply priced options to Hawaii out of CMH as well, so that's not just restricted to larger airports! Shortly after you signed up, we sent out deals from Columbus to Maui for $375 RT. More recently, we've seen deals to Hawaii for between $400-$575, but it's common for prices to fluctuate throughout the year depending on the airlines and what they have available. We're always taking into account comfort and convenience as well when we send out our deals to make sure you're getting the absolute best value for your money. If we see any more deals to Hawaii pop up, we'll be sure to send you an alert so you can take advantage!

Thanks for leaving us a review, Bruce! While we don't take requests for specific destinations just yet, we do keep an eye out for all the best deals from your area! We haven't seen any recent deals to Italy out of SLC, but both Europe and Italy are popular destinations, so if anything to those locations pops up, you'll be sure to see an alert! We can't wait to hear when something works out, and if you need anything in the meantime, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team at [email protected].

Hi there...thanks for your feedback! I'm so happy to hear you enjoy the deals when they come through :) We're always on the lookout for the best deals available, and while our main goal will always be offering the best in quality deals out of your area, we'll do our best to offer more deals and options from your airport in the future to give you every opportunity to travel!

Appreciate you leaving us a review and sharing your feedback! We completely understand that traveling to other airports to take advantage of deals doesn't always work out, so the surrounding airports feature may not be a good fit for you. We can definitely get that fixed though! If you can get in touch with our support team at [email protected], we'll be able to help make sure you only see deals out of CMH moving forward :)

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us! Our highly dedicated deal team works hard to find the best deals from your airports as they're available through the airlines. We do take availability into account, so we specifically look for deals with availability over a large time-frame, including weekends and holidays. Of course, we understand that being able to search for your own deals is a highlight, especially when planning specific travels, so for the future, we are hoping to take requests for specific dates and destinations! In the meantime, if there are any adjustments we can help make to your account or any other feedback you'd like to share, you can reach our team at [email protected].

Hi there...thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry to hear none of the deals so far have caught your eye. We did see a short lull in deals available out of SLC, but those are picking back up again, and I see we just sent this $450 RT deal to Maui for this spring/summer. This is the best time to visit Hawaii to take advantage of its amazing weather and calmer waters! We can also adjust your airport preferences if you'd like to see a greater variety of deals. Just let us know at [email protected]. We know we're not for everyone though. We offer ease and convenience in getting the deals delivered directly to you, but if you prefer a more hands-on approach to finding the perfect deal for your next vacay, that's something we can understand too. Thanks again for sharing your feedback with us!
