Thanks for sharing your feedback with us, Irene! Your home airport is actually a busy hub, which sees around 2-4 deals per week, but the number of deals can fluctuate from week to week. As DC is located near several other large airports that also see a lot of deals, the deals from your home airport but not be as apparent. If you're not interested in seeing the deals from those surrounding airports, we can adjust your preferences so you're only seeing deals from airports you'd prefer to fly out of! Just contact our team at help@nextvacay, and we can take care of that for you!

Hi there...thanks so much for sharing your feedback with us! We do look for business class deals, but economy deals see greater savings more often, so those will be the majority of deals you see in your inbox. When business class deals do become available, we'll make that clear in the deal alert so you can be sure to book it ASAP! As for premium economy, this isn't something we offer right now, but we'll let you know if that changes in the future! And if you have any other questions or recommendations for things you'd like to see, definitely let us know at [email protected]!

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us Marlene, and I'm sorry you've been disappointed. Once our team finds a deal and reviews it, we immediately send it out to our members so they have a better opportunity to book. Some deals and destinations are really popular, so if we waited to send out multiple deals at once, you might not get to take advantage of the deals you were interested in. As for the format of the email, we try to keep it as short and sweet as possible. The deals really speak for themselves, so keeping our emails simple, we make sure you get to the important parts of the deal right away! If you have any other feedback or questions, we'd love to chat with you! Just shoot us an email at [email protected].

Hi there...appreciate you reaching out to leave us your feedback! Louisville is a smaller airport, so it does see fewer deals than you might see from a larger airport such as Chicago, but we still see 1-2 deals per week, so there are a lot of great opportunities to travel from your home city. In just this month, we've sent deals to Iceland, London, Turks and Caicos Islands, and Beijing to name a few destinations. However, you do live in an area with a lot of surrounding airports as well, so it's possible these deals from your home airport are getting lost in the shuffle. If you'd like to reach out to [email protected], we'll do everything we can to adjust those preferences for you and make the deals a better fit!

Hi there...thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been impressed with the deals so far. Louisville is a smaller airport compared to busier hubs like Chicago, but we still find some great deals from your area! If you'd like to narrow the scope of deals you receive, or if airports like Chicago aren't ideal because they're so far away, just contact us at [email protected], and we can adjust your airport range for you! As for the frequency of deals, we currently send deals as soon as they've been reviewed because we can't guarantee how long a deal will last. If it's a low price or to a rare destination, it can book up quickly, and we want to make sure our members have a chance to book those great flights! If we wait till the end of the day to send the deals, it's possible some may be booked up before then. I hope that helps clarify why we want to get these deals to you ASAP!

Hi there...I'm so sorry to hear you haven't been pleased with the deals so far. Atlanta typically sees several deals a week, and we've seen deals to all over, from Canada to South America and Africa to Asia with international deals as low as $250 RT. But if you're receiving deals from surrounding airports, these might be drowning out some of the great deals from Atlanta. If you'd like to update your airport preferences, just give our team a holler at [email protected] and we can take care of that. As for customizing for domestic or international deals, we don't have that option just yet, but we are hoping to offer customization options like this in the future. Thanks for sharing your feedback with us!

Hi there...we're always looking for great deals to share during the holidays, as we know lots of our members have this time off, but the availability of deals during the holidays can fluctuate as the airlines adjust their prices for the holiday season. Rest assured, we'll continue to keep an eye out, and if any deals for the holidays become available, we'll send those alerts your way and include the holiday availability in the email so you know you can book for that time. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback!

Hi there...thanks for sharing your feedback! I'm sorry to hear the deals haven't been what you expected. However, both Atlanta and Charlotte are large hubs that see around the same amount of deals each week. If you'd prefer not to see those deals from Charlotte and customize your preferences, we can help with that. Please just send us an email at [email protected], and we'll make sure you're all set!
