Just the facts
Just the facts. I moved to serve the special forces at JBLM. This company reached out to me. They said they were Veteran owned. My move price changed three times. Twice via phone. I am OK with this because I know that happens. When the movers showed up, the first subcontractor, they charged me more. So by the time my things were picked up I was $2000 over my initial bid. My things were taken to some location in New Jersey. (cross country ove from D.C. to Tacoma WA). I kept GPS on my stuff. Then it sat there for 5 or more days. The company said two weeks. I had to start my job the following Monday. Then it was transfered a secon time. Then another two weeks passed as the person made his way across the country. He first got pulled over for being over the weight limit. Cost me a day. He then broke down in Billings montana for another 6 days (mechanical issues). My stuff showed up four weeks later. The dispatch guy even yelled at me after he failed to follow up. My stuff was mostly OK, but some things like may couch had water. One of my lamps was broken. When the guy showed up he had the audacity to ask for more money because it was a long hall. He was a complete Jerk. He hired some other guy off craigslist to help him. I will never have another person move my stuff. Please Please stay away from this horrible company (opinion)! It has taken me since last February to write this review as it took some time to recover from the move.
