I ordered earrings months ago and haven’t received them.

Do Not buy anything from this place. The gold is not worth the money or time. I ordered from them a few times and every time my order has something wrong so I have to send it back. They do not know how to match the true color of your birth stone. Ive order a ring that was to be aquamarine but it came as a bright blue no where near the aquamarine color. Cheap looking and cheaply made. They DO NOT stand behind there return or exchange policy. They will not give your full amount paid your refund is always short paid only if they approve you to return the order. They want you to keep it and give you $20 off your next order. I do not recommend this place at all.

I always find special pieces on this site, and enjoy using it.

I purchased a ring from this company. It took 3-4 weeks to arrive and for the price, I was very disappointed. The ring looks like bad quality CZ. There is no sparkle or fire. Utter crap.

I gave you three stars because I placed my order a couple weeks ago got confirmation on the order but as of now no follow up. I haven’t received my order or an email telling me it is shipped or ready to ship so if someone could let me know I would appreciate that greatly.

This is yet another company that has false and misleading advertising. I foolishly ordered a pair of earrings which took several weeks to arrive. They do not work (and look cheap) so I immediately emailed for a return authorization. So far, it's been two days of back and forth with them trying to "exchange" for other product, discount a future product, etc. Same old song and dance. It's a scam. I keep asking for return label and they haven't sent it. I will no longer buy from this or any company that is not a reputable company based in the USA (or Canada, Britain, etc.) where there are laws to protect customers.

It was easy to place the order. You had a good selection to choose from. Since this the first time I am ordering from your company, I am hoping the quality is what I expect.
