We're sorry to hear that you didn't intend to make a purchase today. We've arranged a refund to your original payment method, which should arrive within 3–5 business days. We hope this resolves the issue for you.

You offered me N25 but didn’t tell me I had to buy two items to get 25% off. I was so frustrated that I wrote to you, but I never heard back. Giving limited information is bad business. I really only wanted to buy one item because I’m concerned about how the jewelry will appear, but I could not get 25% off as you proposed. Your process is frustrating. The only reason I bought two items today is because on Facebook it offered 35% off.

I have just received 3 beautiful pieces of jewellery and was immediately compelled to write a review. I was blown away at the quality of the said pieces. The craftsmanship and quality are excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending this online jewellery. Yes I have had to wait a few weeks for the jewellery to arrive but it is certainly worth the wait.

I will not order from this company again. I ordered three things. 2 of the items were not what I ordered. They make it hard to return and expensive. The metal is very cheap feels like plastic. It’s not worth the price. You can find nicer and better jewelry somewhere else. Very dissatisfied Update.. To clarify I did order it in gold. I never wanted it in silver. And the earrings I have reported it you have just not responded to it. I ordered hoop earrings but they sent me drop. They sent me a screenshot saying they were drop not hoop but I have the confirmation and it says hoop earrings. You are a scam sight

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. We’d like to clarify a couple of points about the items mentioned in your review. For the bracelet, the item you ordered was the silver-color version. After receiving it, you contacted us because you preferred the gold color. We offered to have a gold version custom-made for you at no additional cost, but we did not receive a reply from you at that time. Regarding the earrings, we did not receive any report of an issue with the item. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with a return and provide a full refund once the item is returned to us. We’re sorry the items did not meet your expectations and hope we can still help resolve this for you.

I love the jewelry at Nextnecklace. Their designs are beautiful. I made a mistake and bought two of the same bracelets and they worked with me to return them. I have bought several pieces of their product and have been very satisfied
