They don't send what they show in the photos. I cannot attach photos proving my claim, but I ordered the "White Sapphire Pear Cut Pendant Necklace." The image shows a hand model holding a pendant that is at least 1.5" x 1" I received a necklace with a pendant 1cm x .5cm. When I complained and asked to return, they said shipping to return would be too expensive and that the model had "very small hands"... They don't honor their return/refund policy either. The best they offered was a percentage credit, ONLY if I'd remove negative feedback.
