I ordered two items and wanted to return them. I now have received an email that says that I could either receive a gift or a $40 refund on my over $200 order. They still have not given me a mailing address to return the items and they have not called. Each day I send them a message telling them that I want a full refund for the two items that I bought. This was an emerald bracelet and emerald earrings. They look like cheap jewelry and do not look like emeralds at all. So far the return process is not working. Their phone number says that customer service is not available and to leave a number and they do not call you back. Beware, if you do not like your item, you will have a very hard time returning it

I see now that I should have read their reviews. I ordered two rings ten days ago. Never even received a copy of my order. When I did get a message response they said they were closed until February 9 and hadn’t gone over any orders. I will be closing my credit card. This is what gives on line companies a bad name. They are the worse.
