I canceled the meds I was only wanting one month but I paid for 3 months then they charged me for 12 months of Sermorelin. Over $1000 and I asked them twice to cancel my whole order. I have disputed the charge and I am ashamed of your company. After you get someone's credit charge info it doesn't matter what they want you charge ridiculous amounts on it. I want this charge removed I will fight you to my last breathe on Facebook.

Hi Brenda, no need to fight this to your last breath — I’m here to help. I’ve asked my internal team to take a close look at the charges so we can understand exactly what happened and get this squared away.
Someone from our team will be in touch with you this week with an update. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, every review matters, especially when something clearly needs a second look.

I tried to transfer a prescription over…
I tried to transfer a prescription over from another company. Without any communication, NextMeds sent me the wrong dosage. They refused to fix it and would not offer a refund. Battling the customer service is a nightmare. They do not return calls or emails. I have asked them to either fix the prescription or don't send it all, and they still send the wrong dosage. They fail to mention that they will not prescribe 15mg/week of tirzepatide even if you have a prescription for it. False advertising in their ads. They need to be upfront and tell you that they won't fill your prescription BEFORE you pay. They refuse to refund. I have wasted so much time and money with this horrible company. The worst customer service from any company I have dealt with.
In response to NextMeds' reply: They have agreed to send me 2 months at 16mg (because they do not offer 15 mg), and I will have to figure out the correct dosage since my prescription is for 15mg. After 2 months, they will only send me 11mg/week. So, I paid for 6months, bringing in a prescription for 15mg/mo. Of the 6 vials, they agreed to 2 at 16mg/week, the rest at 11 mg/week. None of these are my prescription. They refused any other solution. I will be going back to the last company I used - take 10rx. Do not waste your time with this company!

Hi Brooke, I wanted to acknowledge how much time and effort you had to put into getting the dosing issue corrected. Thank you for sticking with us while it was being worked through.
I reviewed the account and can see that the prescription was ultimately adjusted to a dose even higher than the one you had requested. The later prescriptions were duplicate orders and have already been canceled, while the corrected prescription has been delivered.
Your feedback has already made an impact internally and has been shared with the team so we can tighten the process around cases like this.

WORST Tirzepatide online provider you…
WORST Tirzepatide online provider you could ever choose:
1. Ships the worst Tirzepatide with an unannounced additive from Beaker Pharmacy in TX.
2. The med is so diluted, they ship it in 2 vials for 1 month of weekly injections.
3. It is the absolute WEAKEST concentration Tirz you could EVER buy.
4. Nextmeds, Inc. isn't even a REAL corporation per the fact that it's not listed in ANY state database.
5. They NEVER respond to ANY support emails.
My name is Glenn. I provide additional potency, pricing and poor packaging information about Nextmeds plus 83 other online Tirz sellers at my martianwater.store so other GLP-1 users won't repeat my mistakes.

Hey there, we’d like to take a closer look at this, but we can’t confidently match the review to an account from the username alone. We’ve requested additional information through Trustpilot so we can review the medication, pharmacy, and support history tied to your order.
Once we’re able to identify the account, we can address the concerns based on the actual order details rather than make assumptions from the review alone.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to look into it.

Do not fill out the questionnaire info because they will charge you immediately. They do not wait until after your appointment.
My experience with this company has been concerning enough that I strongly recommend potential customers research NextMed’s history with the FTC before signing up.
I signed up after seeing information indicating that I would not be charged until after approval. Instead, $79 was taken from my account before I had seen a medical provider, received a prescription, or been medically approved for medication.
I contacted customer service almost immediately. During my first call, I was told I could not cancel until after my next payment date. A second representative eventually cancelled future billing, but I was still refused a refund for the $79 already taken.
This is particularly concerning because NextMed has already been the subject of FTC action. In December 2025, the FTC finalized an order against Southern Health Solutions, Inc., doing business as NextMed. The FTC alleged, among other things, problems involving billing without express informed consent, cancellation and refund requests, misleading pricing, and manipulation of consumer reviews. The order requires NextMed and its principals to pay $150,000, expected to be used for consumer refunds.
I wish I had known about that FTC case before I signed up.
If you are having a similar experience, document everything. Take screenshots of the advertising and checkout pages you saw, appointment availability, billing information, emails and chats. Keep records of your calls and send cancellation/refund requests in writing so you have a record.
Consumers can also report their own experiences to the FTC, their state Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. If you believe a charge was unauthorized or inconsistent with what you agreed to, contact your financial institution and explain exactly what happened.
This review describes my personal experience. I encourage anyone considering this service to research the FTC’s NextMed case for themselves before providing payment information.
Finding info on openloop, who Nextmeds is now using isn’t hard either.
So you have the info for the other company from Nextmeds reply. Use all of that and do your research. And if you already got scammed, do not be afraid to use the avenues available to you.

Hi Dana, we recognize that you had concerns with the timing of your provider appointment and your experience after signing up. We do, however, need to clarify one important point in your review.
The FTC settlement you referenced involves Southern Health Solutions, Inc., which operated under the names NextMed and Next Medical. NextMeds is not affiliated with that company in any way, nor are we connected to the FTC matter you referenced. We have never been the subject of an FTC action or settlement.
We understand how the similar names could cause confusion, but because this is a serious allegation, we felt it was important to clarify that distinction publicly.

No help no communication charged me…
No help no communication charged me over $200 advertised price and I’m an honest teacher
Response from NextmedsSep 18, 2026
Hi Jason, you shouldn’t have to spend your time chasing us for answers. I can see your first shipment arrived toward the end of August, so we’re still within the normal refill window and have time to get this handled before your next dose is due. I’ve asked my team to reach out and help get your refill form sorted out directly. If you need us in the meantime, you can give us a call at +1 855-739-9995.
And thank you for calling out the communication piece. That part matters, and we’re taking it seriously.

Scam! Avoid this company.
They take your money before the consult and won’t refund. Then they don’t send product. You get the runaround from the “customer care” team, asking for info, claiming they didn’t get it, promising to escalate, etc. Just horrible scammers.
Response from NextmedsSep 18, 2026
Hi, I’m sorry for how much time and energy you’ve had to spend chasing this down. I’ve reached out to the pharmacy directly to check on your order, and I’ve also asked my team to follow up with you by email or phone so we can help with the cancellation request and get this sorted out properly.
I know this has already taken far more effort than it should have, but we are working on it from our side now. Thank you.

DONT DO IT. RUN
Don’t do it! No dr consult available for weeks AFTER you have paid. Poor communication from “customer care “ where one hand isn’t talking to the right. They lie and try to stand behind some fine print.Take your money and send nothing. I’ve filed a complaint with the FTC and disputed the charge. Horrible business and u wish I had read reviews first.
Response from NextmedsSep 18, 2026
In some cases, a provider may require a video visit depending on medical history and treatment needs, but a delay of several weeks is not the standard. You were right to call out the hold up, and I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with this much back-and-forth just to get started.
I can see that your visit is scheduled, and I’ve already raised the delay with our provider team. I’m also working internally to see whether we can get you in sooner. Our team will follow up with you by phone or email as soon as we have an update. If you need anything in the meantime, you can also reach us directly at +1 855-739-9995.

Avoid NextMeds at all costs!
I am 100% convinced any positive review on this company is fake.
I prepaid NextMeds for a 12-week tirzepatide treatment cycle. Their own patient portal states that medication will arrive every 4 weeks for a total of 3 shipments per cycle and that a refill intake only needs to be completed once every 12 weeks.
I received the first shipment. That was it.
The packaging from the pharmacy even states “Refill After 09/04/2026.” Despite that, my second shipment was never processed. I received no shipping notification, no tracking information, and there is still nothing in my portal showing that another shipment is on the way.
When I contacted customer service, the first representative hung up on me. The second told me I needed to complete another intake form, despite their own portal saying the opposite. I completed it anyway because I needed the medication I had already paid for. She then told me she would escalate the issue and that I would hear from a provider within 24 hours. That never happened.
I ultimately emailed NextMeds telling them to cancel my account and refund me for the two prepaid shipments I never received. I have now sent multiple cancellation notices. My account is still active and still shows another charge scheduled for October. There isn’t even an option in the patient portal to cancel it myself.
At this point I have explicitly instructed them not to ship anything further, because they cannot simply send medication substantially late after I have canceled and disputed the undelivered portion of the service.
This isn’t about being unhappy with the medication. NextMeds simply did not provide 2 of the 3 prepaid shipments according to the schedule displayed in their own portal, and they have failed to cancel my account after being instructed to do so.
I would not recommend this company. What a scam
Response from NextmedsSep 18, 2026
Hi Jenn, I’m really sorry this has become such a frustrating experience, especially after you prepaid and then had to keep chasing answers about the remaining shipments.
I’ve escalated this internally with the pharmacy so that, at the very least, we can get your next dose over to you. I’ve also asked one of our agents to review your cancellation request and follow up on that as well. I know that doesn’t undo the frustration you’ve already had, but I do want you to know your concerns are being actively looked into and not ignored.
