I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE dropping four figures on the false advertising. I hope you’re reading this before actually subscribing. It’s super unethical they force you to pay for MONTHS before you’re able to talk to a live person. Hilarious how they refer to this as a medical service. They’re drug dealers and beyond unethical. Harmful, NOT helpful. Don’t do it. I’ve spent HOURS with customer service and I’ll I’ve gotten out of it is elevated blood pressure. Zero meds and ZERO HELP.
Update: FOUR times I was told this would be escalated. It was not. Even here these liars are claiming they’ll contact me. They have not.
Nextmeds- read the 50+ emails, IM THE ONE THAT TOLD YOU ABOUT THE ADDRESS ERROR. And NO, it has NOT been resolved. How’s you find time to reply to this review but not to actually resolve the problem that prompted the review?! Disgraceful.
Response from NextmedsSep 23, 2026
Hi, we took a look at the account and found that an incorrect house number had been entered on the intake. Our team has since corrected the address, and I’ve asked someone to reach out today and again tomorrow if needed so we can help get anything else sorted.
I can see how being charged before speaking live with a provider could have felt unclear. Clinical review often begin with the medical intake you submit, and a live visit isn’t always required unless the provider needs additional information.
I’m sorry this became such a frustrating experience before the address issue was caught, and we appreciate the chance to make the rest of the process smoother from here. If you need us, we’re here: [email protected] | +1 855-739-9995.

‼️‼️100% DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️I put in for…
‼️‼️100% DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️I put in for my refill on Sunday August 23, 2026. I have not received any more information since then. I took my last shot on August 25th & I still have not received my shots. I paid for 3 months' worth of shots. I have sent messages and called two or three times with the same excuse saying it has been sent to the pharmacy & yet there have been no updates to my portal nor have I received any updates via text message! It has been 3 weeks & I still have no meds nor updates! This is completely unacceptable. I will finish paying what I have to only because I don't want it being reported to my credit report and after that I am done & moving to another company! I SHOULD HAVE RAN WHEN I DID THE "CONSULT" which was a gentleman that sounded like he was driving & in a rush. He didn't explain anything just basically confirming what I already had given to them. The phone conversation lasted only a minute and that's being generous. ‼️AND I REACHED OUT THROUGH EMAIL YESTERDAY WHICH IS 9/16/2026 & YOU GUESSED IT NO RESPONSE‼️Just an automatic reply saying that they received your email! If you're deciding to start your weight loss journey please do your research thoroughly so that you can avoid going through things like this! ‼️100% DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️‼️UPDATE AS OF 9/16/26. I EMAILED AFFIRM MY EMAILS & SCREENSHOTS. I WAS REFUNDED THE REST OF MY MONEY BACK THAT I OWED TO AFFIRM IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS‼️THANK YOU AFFIRM & I WILL MOVE FORWARD TO A MORE RELIABLE COMPANY‼️GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!

$0 Due Today? I Was Charged $79 Before I Even Had an Appointment-it is a subscription and they do automatically take out of your account.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering Nextmeds read the recent reviews carefully and understand exactly when the company says it can charge you before providing your banking information.
When I enrolled, the checkout information I was shown stated “Due Today: $0,” “Total if prescribed: $79,” and that I would only be charged if my prescription and dose were approved by their medical providers.
Despite those representations, a $79 debit was initiated from my checking account before I had even had a medical appointment. I had not been evaluated by a provider, did not have an approved prescription or dose, had no medication order, and had received no medication.
The following day, Nextmeds actually texted me telling me that I still needed to book my FIRST appointment. When I followed the scheduling link, there were no appointments available until September 29.
I contacted Nextmeds immediately after discovering the transaction and disputed the charge. In subsequent written correspondence, I was told that the subscription begins when enrollment/payment is submitted and that payments are generally non-refundable. In my opinion, that did not match the payment conditions that had been prominently presented to me during enrollment.
I disputed the $79 debit with my bank. My bank reviewed the Nextmeds website and the representations concerning when payment would occur, approved my dispute, and the matter was resolved in my favor.
I have also preserved my screenshots, emails, text messages, payment records, scheduling information and other documentation, and I am submitting my experience and supporting documentation to the Federal Trade Commission so the appropriate agency can determine whether these practices warrant further review. I am not claiming that the FTC has opened an investigation.
One other thing I encourage prospective customers to notice when reading reviews: Trustpilot distinguishes between reviews submitted after a business invitation and reviews submitted without one. An “Invited” label does not mean a review is fake, and an unprompted review is not automatically more accurate. However, I personally found it useful to read the recent lower-rated and unprompted reviews in addition to the invited positive reviews and compare the experiences being described.
If you have experienced a billing problem yourself, document what actually happened to you. Save your screenshots, emails, texts and transaction records. You can contact your financial institution to ask what dispute options are available for your particular transaction, and you can report your own experience to the appropriate consumer-protection agencies.
My review is based entirely on my own experience and records. I cannot speak for every Nextmeds customer. I can say that after what happened to me, I would not use this service again.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to document this so thoroughly. This is fair feedback, and we welcome reviews that show us where the process can be clearer.
Clinical reviews often begin before an appointment is scheduled. A video visit is not always required; providers first review the submitted intake, and some patients may be pre-approved for a prescription based on that review before an appointment is needed. If additional medical history or clarification is required, the provider may then request a visit. That said, we recognize that wording like “$0 due today” could have created a different expectation around when the charge would occur.
We’ve since added more clarity around that part of enrollment so the timing of payment and provider review is easier to understand before submission.

I am writing this on 9-16-26
I am writing this on 9-16-26. I ordered on 9-2-26 they approved on 9-8-26 after everything was sent to the pharmacy it has been nothing but delay after delay after delay. For I know the past 5 days. They say it’ll be shipped out but I just get delayed again messages. Then tell me they can’t cancel the order or refund my money so I would definitely not use this company for anything.

Hi Phillip, would you mind sharing the email associated with your account? We’ve just requested it through Trustpilot so I can take a closer look and see whether there’s anything I can do to help move it along or at least give you a clearer answer.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is ultimately in the carrier’s hands, but I’d still like to review what happened before that point.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Never interacted with a provider. The Tirzepitide was very late getting here - by weeks. I called &emailed the company; they said they had to find a pharmacy; I looked into the pharmacy, Rush, and they did not have an active license as of 9/5/26. When I finally got the vial it was not cold-packed properly & measured 92 degrees Fahrenheit upon arrival. Next meds refused to help me so contacted the pharmacy. They sent another one. It wasn’t packed right either. It was 72° upon arrival. Tirzepitide cannot get over 46° or it goes bad. Contacted the company again — they would not help me. In two weeks I gained 13 pounds. I don’t think there’s probably any actve ingredient in what they sent me at all bc Next Meds has lost all credibility. I reported them to the FTC; now I’m trying to get my money back through my bank.

Extremely disorganized and nonexistent…
Extremely disorganized and nonexistent customer support
I would strongly caution anyone considering NextMeds based on my experience.
I placed an order and was told medication typically arrives within 2–3 business days. My order took significantly longer to process, and during that time I contacted customer support because I needed to change the delivery address. I received no response until AFTER the medication had already shipped. At that point they told me it was unfortunately “too late” to change the address.
The medication was delivered to the original address, could not be properly received/stored, and ultimately had to be thrown away.
Then, nearly two weeks later, I suddenly received another email saying my provider had approved my treatment and my prescription was back at the pharmacy “for processing.” Considering everything that had already happened, I was extremely concerned that another shipment and/or charge was being processed.
I emailed them specifically requesting that they not process or charge me for any additional order, that my subscription be canceled, and that the unusable order be refunded.
Their response? They scheduled my subscription to be canceled two months from now, on November 15, because they apparently want my “current paid cycle” to continue, and refused the refund.
The communication throughout this entire process has been shockingly poor. It has taken repeated attempts to get responses, responses have come only after it was too late to actually fix the problem, and even when I explicitly asked them not to process anything further, their solution was to continue my subscription for another two months.
This is a company handling prescription injectable medication, which makes this level of disorganization especially concerning to me. After this experience, I have no confidence in their customer service or order-management process and would not feel comfortable continuing to receive medication through them.
I wish I had read the reviews before signing up.
Update: Since posting this review, I contacted NextMeds by phone to change my address AND updated it myself in their patient portal. Despite this, my next prescription shipment was still sent to my previous address. Interestingly, NextMeds responded to this public review within hours, while obtaining timely assistance through their actual patient-support channels has been one of the primary problems throughout this experience.
Response from NextmedsSep 23, 2026
Hey there, I’m sorry this became such a frustrating experience!
For context, the first medication was processed, shipped, and delivered within the same week the intake was completed. I don’t want to assume the exact timing of the address-change request, but once an order has entered pharmacy fulfillment, there can be a point where shipping details can no longer be changed.
The later pharmacy message was tied to the next fill being prepared ahead of time so treatment can stay on schedule. Because this was purchased as a multi-month bundle at a locked-in price, the remaining fills are part of that paid cycle rather than separate month-to-month orders.
Where we fell short was in making that clear quickly enough. The communication should have been easier to follow, and I’m sorry it added more confusion to an already frustrating situation. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I never received any calls from a provider. Yet I was charged for the GLP1 plus other stuff I didn’t order. I have been scammed badly.
Response from NextmedsOct 7, 2026
Hey Vicky, thank you for speaking with us about your dosage concerns. We understand you've chosen not to schedule a consultation with our nurse. We've confirmed that both of your subscriptions are cancelled, so no further medications will be sent. Thank you!

As I have repeatedly read now on many…
As I have repeatedly read now on many reviews, NextMeds is fraudulently providing GlP treatment to customers. Prescribed wrong dosage even after I informed from the beginning of their error. They will not refund. Good luck with everything them returning a call or calling you back after they explicitly said someone would call back. Very disappointing and frustrating experience and never again will work with a telehealth company like this one. To even say they have your health in mind is a joke. They just want your $$. Shame on you NextMeds
Response from NextmedsSep 23, 2026
Hey Jeffery, I reviewed the account and can see that your prescription was adjusted meaningfully upward. I’m sorry the process around getting that concern addressed felt so drawn out and didn’t move as quickly as you needed it to. I can confirm that the subscription has since been canceled and the payment disputed. If there’s anything else you still need help with, please reach out to us at [email protected] | +1 855-739-9995.
I appreciate you taking the time to share what happened and giving us the opportunity to do things better.
