If I could give them zero stars, I would. I started the process on September 30. As of today, October 14th, I have yet to receive any updates. The only updates I have received is when I've had to reach out to them. They keep saying the same thing. They'll update me when my medication ships. I asked for a refund and they said they were sorry for the delay and they would notify me when my medication ships. Please don't use this site. If you want delays and disappointments, then please use them.

⭐ 1 Star — Very Disappointing Experience With NextMeds I am extremely disappointed with my experience with NextMeds and would caution anyone considering doing business with this company. On October 5, 2026, I paid NextMeds $378 using my Citi credit card. After making my payment, I experienced ongoing problems getting my order fulfilled and obtaining clear information about shipping. I contacted the company multiple times requesting either prompt shipment with a valid tracking number or a refund. Instead of receiving a satisfactory resolution, I received repeated email responses that did not adequately address my concerns. After giving the company opportunities to resolve the situation, I felt I had no choice but to dispute the $378 charge with Citi on October 13, 2026. As of the date of this review, my dispute is pending, and I have not received a satisfactory resolution from NextMeds. I find this level of customer service unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly request information about an order they have already paid for or resort to a credit card dispute to resolve an issue. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend NextMeds. I strongly encourage potential customers to research this company carefully before providing payment information.

I have been fighting with this awful company for months. I have five emails stating that they had canceled my account. And that there would be no further charges. On the eleventh of october, they charged me a hundred nine dollars without authorization of any sort. They never deliver. When they say they escalate, nobody gets back to you. It is impossible to find someone who has a solution to anything. My bank is crediting every single charge that had Nextmeds against it. IT IS MY OPINION THAT YOU WILL WASTE AN AWFUL LOT OF TIME AND GET VERY LITTLE SATISFACTION BY TRYING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THAT DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS.

I received no information about their product even though they changed my credit card I requested a refund within 10 minutes however they said they would still ship medication However they did not send me any information about what medication. I have medication allergies and I have no confidence in their process

Join in Sept 2026. Got my go ahead for meds. However, after repeated emails about delays in shipping, received first order of only 1 vial. Now time for second order and again same email over and over about pharmacy shipping delay. The first time I had asked for a refund via email went back and forth and no refund. Waiting to see on this shipment if it ever arrives. Then we shall see about refund. As of now not trusting this firm. They take your money but don't produce as promised

This is a scam. They take your money but never ship the product. They keep pushing back my evaluation; first they say there’s an appointment the next day, then they claim nothing is available for 20 days. They basically scam you, take your money, and wear you out so you just give up on the appointment. Then they claim there’s no refund and it’s your problem. They tell you to just deal with it because they aren’t giving your money back.

I regret not reading reviews before I got into this quagmire. There is not one positive comment I can make. Most importantly, the injections DID NOT WORK. I was unable to get through to anyone without a major struggle. The "portal" is a joke. It is unpopulated and, again, no way to get through to anyone about a comment or problem. I am now due for the last month of my RX, but have not spoken with anyone (despite scheduled video and telephone calls which did not take place) about how the program is working or a request for an increase in dosage. Bottom line: RX did not work, and whoever this company is owes me for the last month's dosage.

Still waiting for my meds. It's been 14 days. Customer service is not helpful at all.
