Charged for a service my brother never received
My brother signed up and paid, and then basically nothing happened. No medication, no real consultation, just a login page that keeps asking if he wants to "request a refill" for something he never got in the first place.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE!!
Same situation as Dylan. Multiple emails & texts got me no where. They took my money. I got a confirmation from a provider than my prescription was sent to pharmacy but nothing beyond this. After 10 days they said it's in review and will be sent to the pharmacy soon. I CALL BS. I wrote then 2 more times and nothing. DO NOT TRUST NEXTMEDS.COM Use a reliable provider. I would give zero starts if I could

Avoid
Multiple emails, dodging, refusing to address the issue, never connected with a provider. This is a shady company. Avoid.
