They knew I was switching company's and I was currently on the 12.5mg wanting to stay the same or increase my dose they charged me then let me know my dose was decreased I'm on the 2nd shot and I ve gained almost 2 pounds verse losing 2 to 3 pounds aweek now I'm gaining it

I placed an order on 8/31 & per the site was waiting to hear from a medical professional to review safety as related to current meds I take. I received an "after visit summary" that I was approved to take the meds when there was never a connection, call, or visit with a medical professional to discuss. I called 2x on 9/1 to cancel & get a refund. Plus they charge the full amount for 3 month vs the monthly amount that they advertise. I received a text today with a tracking # for the medication that I canceled. I called again on 9/2 in reference to the tracking # text and was told to just throw it away if received. WTH? Be wary!

Please just don't involve yourself with this company. I don't know why I did not look on here first. Don't expect a refund I believe they are crooks

⭐ 1 STAR — Absolutely Terrible Experience With NextMed I honestly cannot recommend NextMed after this experience. The communication, customer service, and handling of medication orders have been extremely disappointing. I was given a time frame for when my medication would be prescribed, and that time frame was not honored. Every time I reached out for an update, I seemed to get a different answer. If you cannot provide accurate information about when a prescription will be processed, then don't give customers a time frame in the first place. The customer service has been just as frustrating. I have dealt with representatives who were rude, dismissive, and repeatedly hung up on me instead of actually resolving the issue. Customers should not have to keep calling just to get basic answers about an order they have already paid for. What is even more unacceptable is the refusal to provide a refund for medication that has not been filled. I paid for a service that I have not received, yet getting my money back has apparently become a battle. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, rude customer service, and refusal to refund an unfilled medication order are more than enough for me to take my business elsewhere. Save yourself the headache. If you expect reliable communication, professional customer service, and transparency about your medication order, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

If I could give less than a zero I would. I asked to have it canceled within 15 minutes of submitting my intake form. I didn’t even hear from them by email for about a week. They claimed that it was already. I should’ve looked at the reviews first. Do not do business with this company! The formulation that they are trying to give me is not even equal to what I currently have. The concentration is much less and they are trying to add a B vitamin that interacts with the other part of the compound. I pointed this out to them and they said it wasn’t their problem! This is a very dangerous company to be working with! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, and with the Better Business Bureau

⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointed With My Experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Nextmeds and specifically with the way Josie handled my concerns, as she only wanted my business. The prescriptions I received did not appear to be consistent with what I was expecting or what I believed was appropriate for my treatment. I raised concerns about the medication, dosage, and safety, but instead of receiving a clear and professional response, I was ignored. This is especially concerning when dealing with prescription medication. According to the FDA, compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. The FDA has also specifically warned about quality and dosing concerns involving compounded GLP-1 medications. I expected Nextmeds and Josie to take my concerns seriously, provide clear answers, and put patient safety first. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and ignored. I strongly encourage anyone considering Nextmeds to do their own research, understand exactly what medication and dosage they are receiving, and ask questions about the pharmacy filling their prescription before proceeding. My review is based on my personal experience and concerns as a customer.
