I'd never ordered a dumpster and didn't know the first thing about it. I was ordering one for a group of nuns in DC for household yard waste for one-time (not long term) use. With limited time I called Next Day Dumpsters on a Friday (at 4:50PM when they closed at 5). I was walked through the process simply and quickly (not rushed) and had a 10 yard dumpster scheduled for delivery the following Monday. I was suppose to get a call 30 min prior which would have been helpful as I wanted to be at the delivery location and live half hour away. Got a call at 7:50 Monday morning from the driver that he would arrive by 8. I scrambled to get there but of course it took 30 minutes. When I arrived the dumpster had been delivered. It was in the proper location so that wasn't an issue. And I didn't know it at the time but I'd ordered a 10 yard and apparently there were not enough tens so they delivered a 15 yard at the same price ($385). This was great for me since I didn't know exactly what 10 yards would be and ended up filling the 15. The rental included delivery, having the dumpster for up to 2 weeks, and one removal. Restrictions were reasonable, no mattresses, box springs, or tires. The staff was great and I appreciate as a first time user that things were explained to me without condescending. Not knowing what to expect as far as payment amount for rental, $385 for a 10yd was reasonable but needing and getting a 15yd was a godsend.... as it were. Dumpster arrived and pickup when promised. No issues with delivery or pickup. Dumpster delivered was one size too small which was a bit of an issue but was promptly reimbursed for the cost difference.

My sister and I rented a dumpster to clean out my parents house of 43 years. Next Day was great in helping us choose the appropriate sized dumpster and scheduling delivery and pick-up was a snap! We were very happy with next day dumpsters from start to finish!

I'm a homeowner doing rehab work on the house. I was able to get a 30 yard dumpster from Next Day where some others don't carry the 30 yard size. They put the wheels of the dumpster on plywood that I supplied, after I asked about the wheels pressing into my yard. (Another service that I used for another dumpster supplied their own boards.) The driver who was to pick up on a certain day didn't show and I was a little miffed that Next Day didn't call ME instead of me having to call them the next day to reschedule. Once it was explained to me that the driver had had an over-full schedule the day before, it was only about a half hour until a truck arrived and took the dumpster.
