Next Day DumpstersReviews of nextdaydumpsters.com

Took my $375 but never delivered the dumpster. Stay away from this company!

This company took EXTREMELY TOO LONG TO DELIVER, EXTREMELY TOO LONG TO PICK UP.. THEN OVER CHARGED ME... Very unprofessional .. I will never use them again.. As a matter of fact, the service was so bad I bought an 8000 dump truck myself.

Very poor service and over charge without permission they just going to your bank account and take the money please watch out with this company

Lack of creativity to resolve the issue of access to my property until Matt took over. Made up from rude dispatcher and lazy driver.

We ordered three dumpsters for a community wide dumpster day. In order to avoid confusion, I provided a detailed map where each dumpster was supposed to go. The driver apparently did not have this map nor did he know where the dumpster was to be delivered to. The dumpster was delivered in the middle of the road and had to be moved. I was told that although the dumpster was supposed to be dropped off on Friday, they wouldn't be able to move the dumpster until Saturday. Since two more dumpsters were supposed to be delivered, they said they would move it on Friday, however, removed it on Friday instead. Back office was unsure what the drivers were / weren't doing most to all of the time. We put a marker in the ground to show the driver where the dumpster needs to go and they still were going to place it in the wrong spot until an owner ran after the driver. All three were finally in the correct place come Saturday morning, but it came with a great amount of frustration throughout the entire process.
