Next Day DumpstersReviews of nextdaydumpsters.com

Delivery was fine after driver found the house. He made sure that the rear gate to the dumpster opened for easy loading. Pickup went OK after the driver arrived half hour after scheduled time. Also, when I called the local provider, Gorilla Dumpster I always got recorded music with no message before someone answered.

Easy order. Delivery when requested, and put where asked. Picked up when requested. Lowest price found, but no less quality or service. Good job and thanks for your help on my home clean out.

I called to rent and they actually delivered next day! During the call we got disconnected and the agent actually called me back..... :) The dumpster was placed as I directed even with nobody home, they picked up on time once I called. Great experience I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!

After I was disappointed for not being able to delay the pick up day, one of the owners called me him self and made everything right.that shows what kind of company is next day dumpsters and they really care about customers is not just to make profit. After the conversation with the owner, I felt that I was taking care of and if any mistakes or bad situation happens he is going to fix it and their goal is great customer service.i was a repeat customer and I will stay that way and will make sure to recommend them .

We ordered three dumpsters for a community wide dumpster day. In order to avoid confusion, I provided a detailed map where each dumpster was supposed to go. The driver apparently did not have this map nor did he know where the dumpster was to be delivered to. The dumpster was delivered in the middle of the road and had to be moved. I was told that although the dumpster was supposed to be dropped off on Friday, they wouldn't be able to move the dumpster until Saturday. Since two more dumpsters were supposed to be delivered, they said they would move it on Friday, however, removed it on Friday instead. Back office was unsure what the drivers were / weren't doing most to all of the time. We put a marker in the ground to show the driver where the dumpster needs to go and they still were going to place it in the wrong spot until an owner ran after the driver. All three were finally in the correct place come Saturday morning, but it came with a great amount of frustration throughout the entire process.

The service was great. Everyone I talked to were courtesy, full of information from the time I requested the dumpster to when they picked it up. I will definitely use them again.

They were on time for delivery & pickups. However, a permit was asked to be pulled and it was not. Not a big deal, it was remedied.

The dumpster was dropped off on time and picked up on time. I like the fact that for the price, we could keep it for 14 days. This really helps with being able to take our time cleaning things out.Unfortunately we filled the dumpster in less time, but that was ok, we got alot done. The service was awesome and when I called the customer service people were very friendly and helpful. We plan on renting another dumpster in the spring from Next Day Dumpsters. Thank you so much!!
