Next Day DumpstersReviews of nextdaydumpsters.com

I was impressed with the punctuality of the drop off and pick up. Thank you to the sales representative who requested I rent the larger dumpster for my home remodel, because I used every spot on the larger dumpster, so thank you for the recommendation.

I recently ordered a 20 yard dumpster from Next Day Dumpsters. I originally filled out an online form which they responded to in less than 24 hours. I contacted the staff by telephone to make the arrangements and ask a few questions. The staff was pleasant and very easy to work with. All charges were stated up front, no surprises, hidden fees or up-selling. The dumpster arrived on the scheduled day (there was a slight hiccup due to one number being off on the telephone number but it wasn't an issue for me) as promised. Having to work in a pretty tight space, the driver navigated the area with relative ease. He ensured everything was in order prior to departing on both the delivery and the pickup of the dumpster. All-around great service by Next Day.

No problems with the company. Called, got my dumpster the next day. It was the right size and dropped where it was supposed to be dropped. Very nice people on the phone. (Glen, I think, or George, I'm terrible with names) Dumpster was picked up as scheduled. We use Next Day all of the time at my company.

They were easy to work with and very accommodating!

Easy rental - unit arrived as scheduled , and was placed exactly as we asked. Pickup was also timely and easy to arrange

It was a pleasure to do business with a company that understands customer service. There was no pressure to rent when I called for an estimate. And when I called back (because they were the best rate for the size and tonnage) they answered all my questions. They were also able to deliver the next day and scheduling pick up was a breeze. Wonderful company that I would recommend time and again!

Ordering a dumpster does not get easier than calling Next Day Dumpster. The staff is helpful and take the time to discuss your needs/project to ensure the proper size container is delivered. The only item to be aware of is to make sure you call 24 hours ahead for pickup-- even if you rent for a specified period of time. Call to ensure the delivery and pickup times are arranged. Great overall experience!

I actually called another company before I called Next Day Dumpsters because that company was about 60 dollars cheaper. That company couldn't deliver a dumpster until about 5 days from the day I called. The guy was sort of rude and impatient and didn't act like he wanted my business, so I went back on the internet and call Next Day Dumpsters. Can't remember the lady's name who helped me, but she was very helpful and had a dumpster to me by 1pm the next day. I ended up extending the contract @ $8/ day cause I still needed more time. I called them to let them know, they just said, "call us when you're done." They did remind me that I was paying a daily charge. Very easy company to do business with. I recommend them.
