Great service

Great company - great staff -- always on time and do what they say!

They drove by my house to pick up on a Saturday at 7:30am. My truck was blocking it so they drove away and billed me some $150 fee. I wish they had rung the doorbell. It is a simple consideration that would have made me feel like a customer rather than a mark. I gave them 2 stars rather than 1 because after I protested over the phone, they removed the fee. I do appreciate that.

I've rented dumpsters 4 times and they charge extra every time!! There's no way that I could be overweight all 4 times.

I have never had a need for a dumpster, nor had any idea how to start the process. After I happened to find Next Day Dumpster and read the reviews, I decided to try them out. We live in a townhouse community with challenging parking. I explained the circumstances and was very impressed with how much they worked to ensure the process went smoothly, including pulling my address up on Google maps to view the parking area had been discussing. I received a call from the driver as requested to ensure all went smoothly and had no damage to my property during drop off or pick up. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars was due to the disjointed emails received. The full address wasn't listed on my notification and previously scheduled pick up date was not indicated. This required a couple additional calls back to the company to confirm things, but overall, I am very pleased.

The people that I dealt with from the Next Day Dumpster company were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and got the order right on the 1st call. The order process was very simple. The container was delivered on time, and placed in the exact spot requested. After the dumpster was picked up ...this is the big one ***THERE WERE NO OTHER FEES CHARGED ***. Over all, renting from Next Day Dumpster was a wonderful experience, and I recommend them Highly.
