AVOID NEXODUS.BIZ AT ALL COSTS - Paid $1999 For Absolutely NOTHING! This company feels like a complete scam operation. They took $1999 for a month's subscription to their "virtual assistant" service, and what did I get? Literally nothing. The promise was a capable virtual assistant to handle basic tasks. The reality? The VA never performed a single action. No emails sorted, no calendar managed, no tasks completed. It was like paying for an empty promise. We tried contacting support, went through their setup guides, and spent hours trying to get any response or action from the VA. Nothing worked. It's baffling how a service can charge so much and deliver absolutely zero value. It wasn't about bugs or mistakes; it was about complete non-performance. It felt like the service simply didn't exist beyond the sales page. When we realized after a few days that we'd paid nearly two thousand dollars for thin air, we requested a refund. Predictably, they refused, citing some obscure terms and conditions. After we pushed for the refund and cancellation, they just stopped responding altogether. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. Nexodus.biz took $1999 from us and provided absolutely nothing in return. A total sham. Find a real virtual assistant service elsewhere.

Unfortunately, there are 3 things to be addressed; 1) we do not have any clientele by your name 2) we have no such product that calls for a deposit prior to our intake service and we do not have a product that requires such a large deposit either, 3)All support emails and phone calls have a 100% response rate and there are 0 requests for a refund in the last 2 years.
