CoNexion is a great time to be able to network with other agents and our suppliers. It is also a time that most agents utilize to experience a destination. After all we are Travel Advisors and we should be able to "Advise" on a location that we have visited. In the past, allowing agents opportunities to experience the destination has always been something that the events team has fallen short on (not just CoNexion but other events as well that were "destination" based). CoNexion 2019 was better. Agents were given opportunities to experience Orlando, Universal, and Disney.

CoNexion 2019 was a valuable experience for our agency. We try and attend every year. It is a great opportunity to connect with Nexion staff, other agents and a great number of suppliers. Establishing a personal connection with suppliers I do business with has been invaluable to my ability to effectively sell their offerings and enhance my clients experiences. The event is always well managed and full of surprises. It's on our must do list each year.

I would highly recommend attending Co-Nexion. The event is very creative and interactive. It is great to meet with the Nexion team and with our supplier partners to ask specific questions and build relationships. I enjoyed hearing other agents share their success stories and it has inspired me to take my business to the next level.

Nexion puts on one of the best annual industry events out there. This year I was slightly disappointed in comparison to other years and other events but it was still top notch. What I liked: The classes and their content were great. The speakers Nexion brings in are always great and the Business Development and Education team at Nexion is the best in the industry. The location was great and the evening events that were planned throughout the week were outstanding (the Luau, Harry Potter World and Universal). What I didn't like: The general sessions went on forever this year and always with food which made us very sleepy. I felt the general sessions needed to be 30 minutes shorter and more spread out in the day. You went to a long morning session over breakfast, then one class, then another long session over lunch, they were so close together that it made it hard. I feel 2 classes between them would have been great separation in meals and time. Also the location was so far away from anyplace to get snacks/drinks/coffee/tea during the rest of the afternoon and Nexion didn't provide anything to munch on or sip on during the day, which I have always gotten at other events I attend throughout the year. There were just no places to grab anything close enough during the short breaks if you wanted to get back to the venue and get a decent seat. Nexion as a whole is absolutely the best Host Agency and I have NEVER felt anything but 200% support from all of the staff and I would never switch elsewhere. The events they have put on are the best, and even though I have some complaints above, they were not enough to make me regret or have any negative feelings towards the event. I took so much home with me that will help me improve my business! Also the networking opportunities are amazing!

Attending CoNexion is always such a highlight of my year. I make connections with new and established agents, build strong relationships with travel suppliers and get to know the Nexion team that supports us year round. One of my highlight workshops I attended was the one held by Adventures by Disney, the speaker was so engaging and by the time it was over you really understood their product and the spirit that goes into making sure every clients trip is amazing by their staff. One of my highlighted experiences during the trip was the AMAZING party we had in Hogwart's at Universal Studios. The entire area was closed for our private group, we rode rides 3 times in 15 minutes that people wait hours to experience. No expense was spared and we got to try the things that the public may chose to spend their money on during their visit to the park. It was a fascinating experience even for someone like myself that wasn't a Harry Potter super fan. I traveled immediately following the conference and actually missed out on the registration for CoNexion 2020 which was a bummer because I would have liked to had my new agents attend next year even though I can't attend due to the fact that I will be escorting a group to Africa with a preferred supplier I met a few years ago at CoNexion! My recommendation would be to continue to hold the event at locations/hotels/resorts that can accommodate our ever growing large group of Nexion agents. No one should have to miss out on CoNexion if they don't want to.

Sharing and learning, networking and improving, it can't be beat.

Conexion was an excellent way to connect on a more meaningful level with Nexion and staff and more fully understand all of the tools and benefits available through Nexion and Travel Leaders. It was time and an investment well spent! I look forward to another Conexion sometime in the future
