Very informative. Made some good contacts and learned a lot. Will definitely recommend others attending. This was my 2nd boot camp.

Just Horrible!
What a horrible company to be associated with! It's impossible to get any support. It's either their way or the highway. They make a lot of promises to get you to sign up but once you do they have you hooked!

I agree with the agent who gave them a 1 and said not a single person there cares. I gave them 2 stars for the commission platform. But you'd better know what you're doing and need absolutely no assistance or you will rate them a 1 as well. They give wrong information regarding their contracts and ticketing and take no responsibility for the debit memo or follow up correction instructions they provide. You will be passed around from dept to dept being advised, that's not my dept. Nexion Member Services is not there for service or to keep your business, it's to pass you to a dept they hope hasn't already given you incorrect or unverifiable information. Employees are defensive and rude when mistakes are pointed out, rather than taking the information as a learning experience. Unfortunately, I've lost complete confidence in their front line staff who will take no responsibility for the information they provide. Strike 2 in the first 6 months. Third strike and they're out. There are better programs out there, with similar commission platforms and charges. Seek them out and save yourself the hassle of changing within a year.

Excellent family atmosphere
I have been an affiliate of Nexion, LLC for the past four and a half years, and I can't be happier with the customer service, the back office, the contracts, or the people who are behind the scenes.
I've been a corporate agent for 23 years, and decided to go out on my own almost five years ago. I read some wonderful reviews about Nexion, so I decided to take the plunge and give them a try. Boy, was that one of the best decisions I ever made!!
Not only have they allowed me all the tools I need to run my own agency, including a GDS, back office reporting, corporate reporting with GRASP, bonus contracts for airline tickets, buying power being affiliated with Vacation.com and Travel Leaders Group (Soon to be under the Travel Leaders Network brand come Jan. 1, 2017), but the support of the people themselves are amazing!!
They have a yearly conference where you can attend to learn different parts of being an owner of an agency, teaching you skills for marketing, back office accounting, meeting face to face with vendors and presidents and owners of companies that you are selling, and the staff make you feel like you are part of the family.
Of course this is a business, and you need to abide by the rules and guidelines that the travel industry has for being a travel agent, but I can't be any happier with my decision to work with Nexion. I have built my business into a strong brand and am continually expanding it to be bigger and better year after year, and could not have done it or been where I am today with the assistance of Nexion and the great people behind the scenes!!
If you are on the fence about using a host agency, I STRONGLY urge you to consider using Nexion, LLC. You won't be disappointed!!

The definition of mediocrity is Nexion LLC. Not one soul there cares.
The corporate culture of Nexion is something I have not seen ever. I was a Nexion agent over 6 months. Technically, they provide what every other host agency does, but they have one thing which is unique: they could not care less when a problem arises. The SNAP desk is their issuing desk. You pay a fee of every booking so you have them as support for questions or problems. After booking 15+ reservations for flights (and still learning their system) I call the desk and the person - Gabriel - answers in the worst manner I have seen in a long time. I asked for the usual lady that helps hoping to get the same good service as she always gives and he refused - "you have to deal with me". I did, and then as it usually happens with this kind of people I had to be unpleasant for him to be nice. I then sent and email to customer service to let them know he was quite rude on the phone and I was afraid to call in case he picked up the phone! He (Gabriel) proceeds to CALL ME ON MY CELL PHONE to tell me "I am calling to know why you sent that email?". At that point, I am so appalled I sent another email to the same customer service email they provide explaining this situation, which in my eyes is unacceptable. I have never in my life had an employee from a service provider call me to ask why I said something bad about him! (but then again very few times do I need to complain about service in general). His boss, Paul calls to tell me "did I get what I wanted in the end?". I think "oh dear" the fish stinks from the head. Then I send a last email explaining this is just wrong, and to please instruct me on how to cancel my account after my last client travels in May. Within a few minutes their Vice President - Robbi Hamida sends an email saying they believe I should find another agency and they went ahead and deactivated my account WITHOUT WARNING, without giving me the time to wrap up my clients. All I got was a list of names. They deactivated this as if I was a thief, because I raised a complain about bad service? Wow. I am not angry, I am impressed at the fact that a company can act this way nowadays. Never, in my 20+ years in the industry have I come across such a childish and unprofessional, mediocre company. Save your $99 "promotional" affiliation fee (no wonder that is all it costs to join them, I should have known - cheap is what you get). As a piece of advice, you cannot provide good service to your clients if the person who is helping you give that service has no idea of what professional is. The corporate culture is very institutionalized in this sad company. Save yourself a bad moment, these people could not care less. They have no class, no professionalism and no idea how to provide service.
Here is the interesting thing: they could have saved the whole situation by calling and saying "sorry Gabriel treated you badly, that is not a representation of who we are". Instead, they deactivated my account. A service industry that cannot take constructive criticism without retaliation is dangerous to the industry.
