IJoined Nexgen their trading platform hoping they would be succesfull. Now they are closing their operations and they even closed their discord chat for everyone who was asking questions. The CEO and others were all the time in trading calls and the questions where people were asking when they are getting their payouts were not answered. The CEO did have time to work on his software and trading calls. To me this is very onprofessionel, first to give no support in chat, and after just close down the chat so people who are still waiting on outstanding payouts can not ask any questions. CEO really puts himself in a bad light because of this. Even other prop firms which maybe didnt succeed, at least gave the traders option to still ask questions in the chat regarding their payouts. Very unprofessional I emailed them also regarding refund as my account was passed and could be activated, they didnt respond and shut us all out

Brilliant service professional engineer and punctual

I have needed the help of Nexgen tech support several times over the last few years and they have always amazingly responded in just a few minutes of my request for help. Today I shot myself in the foot and had no idea what I had done that kept my software from running. Jason, had my system back running in less than 5 minutes, and then explained what I had done that caused the problem and how I can avoid any problems in the future. Not only is Jason the master of the Nexgen software universe, but he treats you with respect and kindness even when you are the one who caused the problem in the first place. The kind of guy you wish your daughter would, or had married.

I was previous license holder since 2007 and had not used their software for over 15 years, (due to personal reasons) however even after long break I contacted the support team and they were very pleasant and helpful to help me reinstall the software back in my computer. The indicators are very helpful in keeping me patient and only look for entry in the correct trend of the market. I was absent from trading for personal reasons, but looking forward to resuming my previous success. I would highly recommend this company as they stand behind their product and more importantly service. Thank you Nexgen for your excellent response to my needs.
