I have only dealt with Nexcut a few times and they have been very accomodating when I needed them.

Had a small issue with scheduling, but the staff was very apologetic and then accommodating. Would def recommend.

We contacted them via email to request for shredding services. The rep was prompt in getting back to us, and helpful with scheduling the service. The truck arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled time, but that posted no issue. The price was fairly reasonable. We will use this company again for future shredding needs.

We asked for an online quote which came back very quickly and with the best price of anyone else. We would give it a 5 star with the exception that actually setting up the order took some time on the phone. I think it has somehting to do with the software. Nexcut only comes to our area about once a month so if you need something quick, it may be a bit of a wait. Otherwise, the confirmation, driver, service and cost was exceptional.

Nexcut provided us hard-working shred techs who worked as hard as we did to complete the project timely and completely! We undershot our estimate on the number of boxes, but it was no problem for them. And the office staff goes the extra mile to ensure a positive experience! Thanks, Nexcut!

The only issue was that they came at the end of the day and the truck kept overheating, so they had to keep stopping.
