Hello Kathie, thank you for sharing your feedback. Since our solar credits are based on solar production, they can vary throughout the year. This means that during the summer months, you will likely see higher reductions on your utility bills and corresponding Nexamp invoices. As we move into the fall and winter, when production is lower, you’ll be able to take advantage of the solar credits you’ve built up. Regardless of how many solar credits you generate in a given month, you'll still receive them at a 15% discount. Signup was very easy but it’s a little uncomfortable not knowing how long it might be to actually be assigned to a solar farm.

My switching providers experience so far has been smooth & easy. I have yet to receive a bill,so I'm not sure about savings,I'll update again at that time.

As a quick overview, your share of our solar project is generating clean energy, which is sent directly to the grid. Your utility will reduce your monthly bill based on the amount of solar energy your share produces. These reductions are what we call solar energy credits. You'll continue to receive a bill from your utility, but it will be reduced by the value of these credits. Nexamp will then invoice you separately at your discounted rate. While we will be sure to keep you informed about your account, our team remains ready to support you as needed!
