I signed up with Nexamp just under a year ago and I have not been disappointed. What they advertised is exactly what they have provided. Approximately 20% of my electricity used is now provided by Nexamp solar panels that is transferred to my ComEd account for full credit and then I pay Nexamp that amount but with a 20% discount. In less than a year (11 months to be exact), I have saved just over $100 by using Nexamp. The savings is nice of course but I the main reason I joined Nexamp was to use renewal energy without having to invest in putting solar panels on my home. What you will experience by signing up with Nexamp is saving some money each month while helping the environment and as they explain to you before you sign up is you will have a monthly bill from Nexamp in addition to your electrical provider. I just set up auto-pay on a credit card with Nexamp so its really simple for me. Save some money and help the environment. Nexamp makes it really easy to do both. I highly recommend their service!

I've had them for about four months now they're doing what they say. I do a spreadsheet to keep track of it because it's slow getting back to you like you get a bill from the electric company that has been $0 far and a month later or so you'll get the bill from nexamp but if you keep track of it will save you money Nexamp will bill you what they paid in credits to you and you pay 10% less .You'll see credits on the bill

Seeing my National Grid bills that are set to $0 because I am paying for discounted electricity from Nexamp is a 5-star feeling! Yes, I still pay for electricity - but I pay less, and I know where it comes from. Actually, I know EXACTLY where it comes from. I've seen the array and I like driving by knowing that those panels are working for ME!

I had a hard time understanding the large solar credits that were being applied to my NGRID account from the Nexamp Solar farm and the billing process and discounts that I was receiving from Nexamp. My problem was basically with NGRID not returning a portion of the solar credits from the Solar Farm. Not being an accountant but an Engineer I reached out for help. Erik Molinaro a Senior VP at Nexamp reached out to me and understood my problem and is now taking the necessary steps to resolve my issues, especially with NGRID and other Utilities. Erik's response to me was quick and his promise to solve my issues was sincere. Erik gave me his personal cell phone number and told me to call him anytime if I had any other problems. Nexamp has lived up to its promise and they have corrected the invoices and were quite apologetic. Thank you Erik for your help.

The all around experience has been very good. It took a little more time than I thought to bring my project online but since then the benefits have been excellent. The credits I received have offset my utility bill for several months. The billing website updates done by Nexamp have been excellent. Finally, the communication with Nexamp has been consistent and helpful.

Nexamp is committed to healing the planet via alternate energy sources, mainly solar. They allow customers to buy into this mission, thereby reducing the individual/family's carbon footprint and saving money in the long-run. The model is a bit unusual, as it actually pays your energy provider (ie, National Grid, NYSEG, etc.) for the credits you earn, as you pay Nexamp. The amount they pay on your behalf is reduced from your energy bill. I won't get into how and what they do in detail. You can read that on their website. (Just google Nexamp.) I will say, though, if everyone in the area they serve subscribed to this company, our collective carbon footprint would be greatly reduced. I am very happy to be one "bristle in the brush" Nexamp is using to clean our environment.

We signed up to become a member of an upcoming solar farm in our area. The process was smooth, clear and easy. The language used by Nexamp is easy to understand, and the contract seems to be so far a good one. I would like to offer an experience statement 6 months into production/use of the system.
