The customer service rep that I dealt with on the phone was extremely helpful and informative in explaining the registration and billing process. I’ve only been in Nexamp for two months and am seeing savings in my electric bill though I haven’t calculated the percentage. Plus I’m thrilled to be doing something good for the environment by being involved with a solar community. Thank you, Nexamp!

My payment was a few days late due to a declined card. Nexamp deftly walked me through my issues. The support I received was quite impressive and excellent. No worries about losing my spot on the solar grid now!

If they feel there is an update we need to be aware of (ComEd billing issues) they send an email to keep me informed. If I have a question, they reply to my emails quickly. I appreciate the communication. PLUS I save money on electricity by doing nothing except paying two different bills.
