So far I have had fast customer service as far as being placed on a solar farm & my electric company being notified. I have not received a bill yet so this review reflect billing.

Once learning of Nexamp it was easy to sign up and immediately realize savings on my electricity costs, but better yet, the knowledge that I am using solar and not fossil fuel generated power has allowed me to claim participation in reducing the carbon footprint of my presence on this planet.

This is our 3rd year with Nexamp and would highly recommend membership. Our local utility,ComEd had some hiccups when implementing a new billing system. Nexamp has been most diligent in communicating and correcting all the problems with ComEd. Very satisfied with the annual savings!
