This switches us to green energy, perhaps not as profitable as owning your own panels, but a lot less trouble with no complications on your home. Taxachusetts has made the function of this program more complicated than it should be and that's the government's fault, not Nexamp's. National grid isn't smart enough to make this more straightforward either. Customer service staff is good and knowledgeable Nexamp Community Solar explains how everything works as well as they can, but what national grid puts on the bill is confusing as all heck because they are not particularly competent. National grid is great at overcharging customers though.
