New York Theatre GuideReviews of newyorktheatreguide.com

Brilliant performances all around. The talent of the cast runs wide and deep. Jonathan Groff as 'Franklin' fully embraced the character at every emotional turn. Daniel Radcliffe as "Charley' showed true depth and vulnerability. Lindsay Mendez as 'Mary' captured my heart. Her ability to use every tool in her arsenal as an actress was simply brilliant. Krystal Joy Brown gave it all to 'Gussy' and brought forth the love/hate relationship with the audience. Katie Rose Clarke as 'Beth' rode the wave of her character's life. And OMG, Reg Rogers as 'Joe' was the biggest surprise and a great delight. There is so much more so say, but do yourself a favor and see this show while its still running. You won't be disappointed!

We had a problem that was resolved very quickly and kindly.

We could not stop laughing! This is a small venue which made it very interactive. You can scan a code on your seat and they will bring you a drink. I went with 3 friends and my husband and we were all involved in the show. I can't wait to go again!

The MJ Musical on Broadway was awesome, it was our 1st time in New York, the Musical cast was Great, Thank's for making our stay better!!

A heartwarming story told in a very unique way. The acting was amazing, especially Danuel Radcliffe. Thoroughly impressed, would see again and recommend to everyone!

I reached out to customer services on behalf of a family member who was unsure how to claim a voucher from a cancelled show. Unfortunately the voucher had already expired and I was unsure if there was anything that could be done. I was put through to Alejandra and she was very helpful in extending the expiration just long enough for the family member to use the voucher and not lose a large amount of money. They were able to get us a great result in a speedy manner while not looking down on us for our bad timing. As a family, we are very grateful for a quick response and resolution to our problem. I personally am beyond grateful that Alejandra was able to help in such a professional, quick and kind manner.

Alejandra addressed my problem quickly - very good experience!
