Finnian helped me despite the fact that I was totally responsible for the error. I bought for my family and meant to purchase them for the evening show, but I was booking in between meetings and picked the wrong time. She showed me the value of getting ticket protection so I will be sure to do that in the future.

i had purchased tickets for Cabaret not realizing that the Adam Lambert would not be appearing in that show. i tried for 5 days through various outlets to exchange the tickets—lots of times in chats that went no where and even talking with one person on the phone who said they'd exchanged the tickets, but i then found out that that had not actually happened. And then through a chat on this website, was contacted by Lewis and they completed resolved the situation even though it wasn't regular procedure. Thank you Lewis!!!

I booked two Broadway tickets for the wrong date. I realised immediately, and wrote an email to customer support. Lucy answered next morning (it was after midnight EST when I booked) and understanding fully my mistake credited me with a voucher. Bytheway, I already used the voucher Lucy sent me, booking two tickets (the last ones!!!) for the right date.

I found great tickets at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I had to cancel about 3 hours after I booked. I reached out via online chat and Finnian walked me through the entire process. They were thorough and efficient. I'll be purchasing from here again. Also, the prices on this site were even better than those on Groupon.
