We make sure to note any age restrictions for any shows, but with 'Drunk Shakespeare' especially, we take extra care to highlight the 21+ age restriction and photo ID requirement. This is noted on the prior to purchase on the show’s page before seat selection and in the show description, as well as noting this in the confirmation email. We aim to make this information as clear as possible, but we understand how disappointing this must have been for you and your daughter. We see our Customer Experience Team responded to and offered a resolution as a gesture of goodwill. While we’re unable to process refunds after a performance has taken place, we hope the offered credit can provide an opportunity for a future visit when you’re next in the area. As a ticket provider, we work directly with venues and productions to help make theatre accessible to as many people as possible. Since we don't earn the cost of the ticket itself, we charge booking fees to cover our expenses and ensure we can continue providing this service to our customers. Whenever possible, we strive to offer discounted ticket prices and often have exclusive rates for our customers. However, as these rates are not always available, we also sell full-priced tickets, which include the booking fee. We hope this helps explain why you might see different prices for the same productions across various outlets. Hey Robert, We are sorry to hear your customer experience did not succeed in providing a six star experience - we do apologise. Prior to relisting your tickets, all terms and conditions are sent to our members, highlighting that tickets may be sold at a lower price to help them to sell closer to the time, with the exact percentage outlined. These terms and conditions also highlight that a voucher will be sent to you once the ticked has resold. All of our members have to reply to the chat or email to accept these terms and conditions before putting them up for resale. The voucher you receive can be used multiple times until the balance runs out. It is not a single-use voucher, so you can go ahead and purchase a second show without a problem. Please do let us know where you have received the information that is it a single-use voucher so we can make sure this is rectified immediately.
