I payed and started course on Sept 5
I payed and started course on Sept 5. A link for a video in the course was broken. After extensive back and forth I was advised that will be in touch with me after it was fixed. They never contacted me and the course expired forcing me to pay a second time and start over. Horrible company. While the company implies that i did not pay twice i have receipts that i did and i have started the program again and continue to have problems. This time i had to complete module two twice. If i could give less then one stat i would

We don't see that you paid more than once, and your account has the Premier Pass, which includes free restarts so you can restart the course on your end.
