Training review
I was glad to be able to do this course online. Timing out each section was annoying; I would have rather whizzed through it. . . But, you gave us good information which I put into practice when I went on a road trip shortly thereafter,

I'm not able to get in to take the…
I'm not able to get in to take the course. My password expired but they won't send the link so that I can reset it. I've sent four different emails so I would like a complete refund

Did you give me my refund
Did you give me my refund? I couldn't use your Defensive Driving course because you needed special microphones on your computer which I don't have
