New York Divorce OnlineReviews of newyorkdivorceonline.com

The process was easy, and much faster than I expected. Each step, from beginning to end, was explained clearly and in a way that made it easy to understand. Fees were broken down and explained in advance making it so I knew exactly what to expect. There entire process from getting the ball rolling to judges signature was less than 2 months. I would highly recommend.

It would be super easy if I knew what I was doing. There were a couple of parts that I wasn't sure of, and I printed everything out to bring to the county clerk. I was told once you start online, you have to finish online. At least I found that the Index number was filed, and by the next day I got more information to be able to complete.

Once the ball has started to roll things have been great. I’m divorced and living.

For the mere fact that I didn’t have to leave my house for the proceedings, it’s enough for me. I started the process in March and it was ended in August same year. It was convenient for me and I would recommend the company. My emails were responded and someone was always there to help me through their chat.

The initial process getting things going was bumpy, to say the least. Partially due to my Ex-husband being incarcerated, partially due to the phase one contact being abrasive and not very helpful. The prison was being difficult, sitting on paperwork, giving me the wrong information, etc. Then trying to get updates on what was going on, or if I had to reach out to the prison again, or to do anything else, was like pulling teeth. Once I got to phase two and had Kim as my primary contact, everything started getting done quickly and efficiently. She was amazing and so very helpful, every little obstacle that was encountered, was overcome due to her help and determination. If not for the issues with phase one, I would have given a 5 star rating.

The process was fairly easy and quick. They Submitted all the paperwork to court within a month. My review is based on the firsthand information regarding the estimate time to get it done for you. The website offers you a quick and easy process with a wait time of 4weeks to 3months. However it took about 5months to get it finalized. I understand every court it’s different, It’s an uncontested divorce with no assets or attachments so you would think it would be faster but it isn’t, takes patience. If you okay with waiting this is the right place for you, they make the filing pretty easy, available and economic. But if you wish to expedite this process, an in person lawyer and firm would most likely help you out get it done sooner, but costly. Other than the waiting times, I would like to share my experience with the team. Kim has been a great advocate during the process, not only answers emails, questions and concerns in an urgent and timely manner but also gives your reassurance and support during the process. As soon as I expressed my concerns, Kim gave me a solution, which during these trials it’s valuable to not feel alone and powerless. I was feeling distressed and Kim was able to get it done. Thank you!

The ease of doing this online was slightly exaggerated but we got it done. I’m grateful the attorney went to the county he did because that part was greatly shortened compared to other counties. The cost was more than I expected too but my ex arranged this so who knows?

My divorce was finalized and I’m satisfied. This process was easy legitimate and was done timely. The communication was staggered because my rep suffered a loss so it delayed my process. The time process will be case by case not as stated. Finalization will happen. I even got my court certified copy in a week.
