Hello Marco, Thank you for your review. We understand the need to have a smooth and reliable forex VPS service. I have checked your account with us, but do not see any attempts to contact our support team regarding a problem with your service. Now that we are aware that you are experiencing a problem with your VPS we have sent an email to you and will be happy to work with you to ensure that any problem is promptly resolved. As evidenced by other reviews, poor performance is not normal for our service and I am confident that it will be resolved quickly. We look forward to speaking you with shortly.

Hello Maged Hatem, After reviewing your account I see that you began using our service in August 2019, and your service was cancelled in March 2020. During this 7 month period we did not receive any communication from you at all. As you can see from our other reviews, slow service is not normal for us. We wish that you would have contacted us during the 7 months that you were a client. Instead, we are just now finding out about it (8 months after you first used the service, and 1 month after your service was cancelled) If we were made aware that you were having a problem with your service we would have been more than happy to assist you and made sure that all problems were resolved.
