Incredible customer service and quality made me the hero of my wife's birthday
I was late in getting my wife a gift for her birthday. So I reached out to New World Diamonds to ask if they had any items that could be delivered sooner rather than later. Their staff was super responsive and helped me get an eternity band with olive diamonds custom-sized for my wife's finger despite my lightening fast timing. I gave it to my wife (on time!) and she says it is her favorite thing I've ever given her. Her friends comment on the ring constantly. I would absolutely recommend this company for their customer service, their speed, and their outstanding quality.
