To be honest I wanted to rate this company 5 stars since the price is great, the diamond necklace I eventually got looks nice, the shipping is very fast, and customer service seemed to care greatly about it's customers. I did notice a lack of attention to detail however in regards to the shipping process which caused me a great deal of annoyance. When I first received the package at a fedex store, I found that it only included the diamond pendant. Fair enough, everyone makes mistakes, so I called the company and they said they would ship me the missing necklace. I then get a email saying that it would be shipped by UPS to my home address. I didn't want that since I'm not able to sign for the package. I tried to have them send it to the nearest UPS store, but they said they could only sent it to the UPS warehouse on the other side of town if I wanted it without delay. After making the trip back and forth to pick it up, I discovered that the necklace was tangled and it was quite annoying to untangle it. I wanted to love this experience, but they need to pay more attention to detail.

Ring lived up to my wife's expectations. Arrived sooner than expected. Customer Service was also very helpful in giving me a discount that I forgot apply when I first bought the ring. I would buy from NWD again.

I am in love with New World Diamonds! The ring my husband got for my engagement/wedding ring is beautiful, unique and so very special. I can't say enough about the customer service! They have worked with me to make my experience the best possible one while fixing issues and getting my ring to me in time for my wedding! I highly recommend New World Diamonds. I was not a big fan of diamonds because of all the ethical implications that go along with mined diamonds and was sad that I couldn't have diamonds for those reasons. But, now I can! Knowing where my diamonds came from is extremely important to me, and with New World Diamonds I can be sure that no one was exploited or hurt for me to have these amazing diamonds.
