The memory was delivered quickly and checked out all right. What made this a great experience was they they called and checked up on the order soon after it was delivered.

Their customer service was great even if their product was not. Thomas was especially helpful at resolving my problem. They did not refund the shipping cost of the defective product but I realize that that was a decision from on high and not from either Thomas or Ethan.

Website easy to find part needed and information related to company. Started order but put on pause, agents reached out within a day to offer assistance to complete order. Fast turnaround and help obtained, even when i incorrectly submitted the order. Part worked upon arrival.

I don't have any issues with this company. They had what I have been looking for. Which was a particular piece of computer equipment, that had been looking for a while now. The only reason for the 4 stars is I didn't know they were coming in 2 different orders. But it's not really a big deal.

They were very friendly explaining that they could not deliver because of their stock was not up to date because of late deliveries due to Christmas. There is room for improvement, but they did well.

Accomplished my objective... the representative (Alan) was very helpful and friendly... and answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner...

I ordered a CPU on 11/20/2023. I received the CPU on Monday, the day after the holiday weekend. Thank you very much.
